En toute honnêteté, la note attribuée est dû à un des mets dans le menu & le service aux tables. J'y suis allée avec une amie un jeudi midi & les dumplings étaient délicieux. Toutefois en déssert, ne prenez pas le "bao au chocolat" - d'abord, ce n'est pas du tout un bao, mais un dumpling; deuxièmement, le chocolat n'est pas du tout de qualité car (pour vous donner une idée) c'était littéralement du chocolat chaud liquide commercial de mauvaise qualité qu'on sert à des foires dans des gobelets de carton. Ce dessert coûte 5$ pour un petit dumpling de cette qualité... 😳 Optez pour les baos avec la pâte d'haricot rouge plutôt. En ce qui concerne le service, rien de majeur à proprement dit, mais à plusieurs reprises le serveur plaçait des gens aux tables près de nous & semblait prendre un soin particulier à nous ignorer pour répondre à nos questions ou pour prendre commande auprès de nous. Le tout allait jusqu'à nous faire expressément de dos à tous ces mouvements pour éviter nos regards. Moi amie & moi-même ce sont vraiment demandé ce qui n'allait pas chez lui. J'ai dû l'intercepter pour obtenir nos desserts car c'était très difficile d'obtenir son service. À la fin, nous avons même dû nous lever & se rendre au comptoir de l'entrée pour payer car il ne venait pas aux tables du restaurant. Dommage sincèrement.Voir plus
Un très beau & bon restaurant. Je vous le recommande à 100%. J'y suis allé avec ma copine & nous avons adoré. Nous allons sûrement y retourner. C'était très bon pour ceux à vapeurs & même ceux frit. Faites un mélange si vous désirez. Vous n'allez pas le regretter! :)Voir plus

The food was ok The service was extremely slow. We ordered at 7:30 & didn't get anything before 8pm. The place was not that full It was for a To go order of a single item. No reason why it would take so long. 6 people that came after us get seated & served before we even received our to go meal. The server that took out order was quite rude. Had lunch with the family, ate well for under $50 for 4, with shared dishes. The traditional soup dumplings were exquisite & tasteful. The cold peanut butter noodles were a great surprise, on a warm summer day. Might become a staple destination for us!Voir plus

Have gotten dumplings from this location for takeout & dine in multiple times & the food is always amazing! Great value for the price as well. I recommend the hot & sour soup, mapo tofu, & the sweet pork dumplings. Be warned, when it's busy, the service is not great (understandably). Je suis venu ici pour une fête d'anniversaire. Nous sommes venus à l'improviste, mais il manquait de place. Nous avons laissé notre numéro pour avoir une table. Food was pretty good. Although not hot. Soup dumplings were warm. Appreciated how they fixed their mistake. They messed up my original order, came with something I didn't want (& had canceled at the time or ordering)... but they still came out with what I didn't want. When I told them that's not what I ordered & that I had ordered the XLB instead, they didn't correct it. They took away the dumplings (that they had charged me for) & did not give me the XLB that I had actually ordered. When I asked about the XLB, they rectified the problem & ate the cost of the difference. Appreciated.Voir plus
I was looking forward to trying this dumping restaurant. But the minute I walked in I felt that the air conditioning was not strong enough. Luckily the table I was sat at was right below the vent. So it was tolerable but not ideal. The Xiao Long Bao was juicy & as it should be. However the wrapping was too thick. It was also missing taste just as the filling was missing taste. The lab fried ones were a bit better. But the wrapping was a little hard after being pan fried. Probably because the wrapping is too thick. I did really enjoy the peanut butter noodles. The portions are good for the price though. The service was not attentive enough. I had to ask them to clear stuff off the table every time. I also had to ask to get more water. I would go back, but only for the peanut butter noodles.Voir plus

We recently visited Sammi Soupe Dumpling & were thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food. The dumplings were amazing-particularly the classic pork & pork coriander. The quality is exceptional for the price, which we found to be very reasonable. However, the service left something to be desired. Despite the restaurant not being busy, we experienced a lack of attention from the staff. They were barely at our table & the service was quite slow. Additionally, we were disappointed that they didn't offer take-out cups for the tea. Overall, a great place for dumplings but the service could use some improvement.Voir plus

Brand new location, clean & modern. The quality of food is the same as downtown Montreal. The staff is super friendly. We love & recommend the Classic Juicy Pork, & the Pork, Shrimp & Scallop steamed dumplings. For fried dumplings, we love the Pork & Cabbage or Shrimp & Cabbage. We tried the special with Sea Urchin, but the flavor of the Sea Urchin in the dumpling was not outstanding for us.Voir plus

Best dumplings place in montreal/south shore if anyone disagrees your opinion doesnt matter you never had good dumplings . newer location new staff so sometime the service is going to be slow(especially if its PACKED) but youll receive fresh delicious dumpling & its totally worth the waitVoir plus
