De passage dans la région de Sorel, je cherchais un bon endroit pour dîner & je suis tombé sur Samiyo Sushi. Super belle expérience !

Je n'ai pas goûté aux sushis cette fois-ci, mais je peux dire une chose sans hésiter : la soupe tonkinoise au boeuf est absolument délicieuse. Le bouillon est riche, bien élaboré, & tous les ingrédients étaient très frais.

Les rouleaux impériaux (poulet, porc & crevettes) étaient eux aussi excellents : croustillants, savoureux & bien faits. Le service était chaleureux & efficace.

À mon avis, c'est clairement une des meilleures places pour manger une soupe tonkinoise dans la région de Sorel. Je recommande fortement !
