Since its opening in 2012, Saint quickly became this trendy funky place where colorful and flavorful sushi is served along with hip-hop music. We are driven by a deep sense of community, respect and love towards everyone who comes to see us.
Saint Sushi stands out for ultra-fresh fish, inventive flavors, and a varied menu that highlights a wide range of maki and dishes presented with care. The tasting menu offers a thoughtful spread and the plates balance brightness and richness to let the seafood shine. The atmosphere is welcoming and lively, with a modern yet comfortable vibe, and the service is attentive and friendly. While prices can be a bit high, the quality, consistency and overall experience invite guests to return.
The food was absolutely phenomenal. The blend of flavours, aromas & texture was simply beyond any type of sushi I have ever had. It was truly an experience to remember.
The service was amazing. Our waiter was very welcoming & helpful to us. He made the experience great.
The atmosphere was truly on of a kind. It was relaxed, perfect volume of music, the temperature was perfect. The vibes of this restaurant are immaculate.
This restaurant truly offers an experience out of this world.

The food, the decor, the music, the staff 👌 one of the best dining experiences. We got the tasting menu & were absolutly amazed by every plate. Christmas trees are to die for. The staff were very nice & welcoming. 10000/10 just for the staff!
Best sushi place I have ever been to!
we got the tasting menu, the food was very very good!
The place a very good vibe: the staff, the music, the lights, the decoration are just perfect.
We come to celebrate our friend's birthday! They made us chose the playlist of music to play during the event!
A must visit! Really!!
Food was hit or miss, with some dishes like the sushi pizza being great & others not so much. Most of their tartares & fish mixes (i.e. spicy tuna) had so many things mixed in that you could not taste the fish. They used many of the same fish tartares/mixes in most of their maki rolls so everything started to taste the same. Music in the restaurant was also quite loud, so much so that it was hard to have a conversation at the dinner table. Maybe we had a bad one off experience or the chef had a bad night, but most likely will not be back.

- friendly staff
- original menu using names of music icons
- don't be fooled by the low number of sushi per item. The pieces are very big & filling!
- fresh & tasty!
- small restaurant but comfortable seating on benches
Food & service very good. Noise level awful. Difficult to rate a restaurant that has such loud music. It's difficult to hold a conversation....which is usually part of the dining experience. Even the server had difficulty hearing. Would love to go to this neighbourhood restaurants more often (we like to support restaurants in our area), , but good food & service is not enough.

Good food & service. The wait staff made excellent recommendations, actually ensuring that we didn't over order. The only negative was the noise factor which made it hard to have a conversation with our friends, The room is long & narrow which resulted in amplification of voices & music. We asked our waiter to turn down the music which he did for a brief period. To sum up, we liked the food & service, but the noise negatively affected our experience.
The Sushi was excellent but the ambience was "too young". The owners of this lovely restaurant should realize that the average age of the local population is well over 60. Many do not operate only by cell phone & cannot handle background noise or music that is only for those under 30. Also, we are of an age that we are 'surprised' to be served by a scruffy looking guy with a 'cool' t-shirt & backward baseball cap on. Yes, those doing the sushi making should have their heads covered but not the waiter. The head waiter was very nice & helpful, however. I am sorry to say we would not recommend Saint Sushi to friends over the age of 50. All the best!
