Saint Sushi stands out for ultra-fresh fish, inventive flavors, and a varied menu that highlights a wide range of maki and dishes presented with care. The tasting menu offers a thoughtful spread and the plates balance brightness and richness to let the seafood shine. The atmosphere is welcoming and lively, with a modern yet comfortable vibe, and the service is attentive and friendly. While prices can be a bit high, the quality, consistency and overall experience invite guests to return.

The Elvis salad with shrimp was fresh & flavorful, & the otoro sashimi was incredible with perfectly balanced sauce, spicy but not too much to let the rest of the flavors shine.
The Bad News Brown roll was crunchy & sweet, & the Kendrick Lamar roll was bold & well-balanced. Overall, our tastebuds had a true feast. The service was A+++. I didn't take pictures this time, but we'll be back! 🍣

Une expérience culinaire incroyable les saveurs & les ingrédients frais sa fondais dans la bouche. Avec un staff vraiment sympathique & nous a fais vivre une belle soirée. Je recommande sans hésiter meilleur place a sushi a Montréal.

Les sushis sont très bons & les plats sont préparés avec soin. Bonne quantité de poisson par rapport au riz ! Dommage que les prix soient si élevés, néanmoins ça vaut le détour.
The service was so friendly & quick. The food was so delicious & the menu had a great variety at reasonable prices. The decor of the place was so beautiful & it was nice & cozy. It's quiet enough to have conversations & their drinks are also really good.
One of my all time favourite restaurants. The sushi is next level & VERY consistent!!! FABULOUS service & love the vibe of the Westmount restaurant. I dream about the tasting menu... you will NOT be disappointed!!

This entire experience was incredible. The staff are super friendly - we were served by Chico, & all his recommendations were on point! Food was outstanding. Would highly recommend!
FOOOD IS AMAZING!!! if you are in a group get the tasting menu to share for the variety. so many unique rolls & flavours. Lovely ambiance ! Friendly staff! Couldn't recommend this spot enough for girls night, date night or just a casual bite with their new bites menu.
The food was absolutely phenomenal. The blend of flavours, aromas & texture was simply beyond any type of sushi I have ever had. It was truly an experience to remember.
