Enjoy a wide range of wines by the glass, a nice variety of Quebec and International beers all while savoring the bistro-style food. The carefully crafted menu by Emilia Rizzetto and Fabrice Coutanceau offers one of the most appealing tables in the Laurentians. LE SAINT-SAU, PUB GOURMET is a friendly gathering place. Our modern pub offers the best location in St-Sauveur, in the heart of la rue Principale, a south facing terrace and a sunny dining-room where you can enjoy all the local entertainment.

Nourriture bonne, on ne viens pas chercher l'excellence ici mais une bonne ambiance avec une bonne nourriture & choix de boisson.
Très agréable avec des prix correct.

Bonne ambiance, bon service, Bon repas. Seul petit point négatif, en premier service, la réservation de 2 h est un peu limite, 2:30 ou 3h serait mieux. :)

Always have a great experience here. From the manager & host making sure you have a good table to the servers , & the entertainment is great when they have live music . Good wines also for a pub . We go to Sauveur 2 or 3 x per year & always make a point of visiting for their live music.

Nous avons très bien manger. La nourriture très bonne & la cuisson à notre goût. Le propriétaire prends soin de ses clients & ses employées extraordinaires toujours souriants (es) & leurs services impeccable Je vous recommande d'aller a ce restaurant .

This is exactly what we were looking for on Christmas Eve day when we were in the mood for lunch & had finished our shopping in downtown Saint Saveur. My French onion soup was all that it should be & included some perfectly toasted French bread covered in gruyere. My friends, hamburger & salad got two thumbs up. He enjoyed the beer too.
The vibe was casual & busy, but not at all hurried. & despite the family party of 12 seated next to us, the service was excellent.

Wow ! I am always impressed of the service from the leader ( the Boss) he so cool & nice with his staff & it's shows that it reflect the best atmosphere in the house , they are just like him great service , great food, great people, I have been a several times & just get better & better

J'ai mangé un hamburger St Sau. Viande dure & sans saveur. Frites ordinaires. J'y suis allé parce que j'avais eue une recommandation. Mais je n'irai plus. Dommage, parce que le service était très bien.

The food was amazing, me & my boyfriend ordered a poké bowl & poutine. The poké bowl was so fresh, every bite felt extremely refreshing & like they had just plucked the ingredients fresh off a tree before putting it on our plate. The poutine was very cheesy & meaty, every bite was incredible.
