About us
Enjoy a wide range of wines by the glass, a nice variety of Quebec and International beers all while savoring the bistro-style food. The carefully crafted menu by Emilia Rizzetto and Fabrice Coutanceau offers one of the most appealing tables in the Laurentians. LE SAINT-SAU, PUB GOURMET is a friendly gathering place. Our modern pub offers the best location in St-Sauveur, in the heart of la rue Principale, a south facing terrace and a sunny dining-room where you can enjoy all the local entertainment.

Très délicieux le boeuf cuite à mon goût avec de bonne frites & de la bonne sauce aux poivres & pour finir une délicieuse crème brûler.

We visited the pub during our vacation in Saint-Sauveur. They had some delicious menu choices, our food was very tasty & came out quickly, even though the place was packed. Our waitress was excellent & it was a bonus that she spoke very good English & was not offended by our poor French. We really enjoyed the live band tribute to Bob Marley, they were fabulous! We made reservations in advance & I would recommend the same to anyone who wants a seat at this popular pub. Washroom is co-ed - a note for anyone with children.

Sincèrement un endroit là où on est bien accueilli. Je ne sais pas si c est le gérant ou directeur ou meme le proprio , vraiment, tu sais tres bien comment prendre les clients , vous êtes exceptionnel 👌 , J ADORE cette endroit , meme le service , que dire... juste wow . Ça fait du bien de se faire sentir qu on est important , nous les clients .
Les plats , sont vraiment délicieux, vraiment c est l endroit par excellence .
Je reviendrai encore & encore ☺?, c est vraiment mon gros coup de coeur a St-Sauveur ❤?

This is exactly what we were looking for on Christmas Eve day when we were in the mood for lunch & had finished our shopping in downtown Saint Saveur. My French onion soup was all that it should be & included some perfectly toasted French bread covered in gruyere. My friend's hamburger & salad got two thumbs up. He enjoyed the beer too.
The vibe was casual & busy, but not at all hurried. & despite the family party of 12 seated next to us, the service was excellent.

Amazing food & service! Drove in late night from Mont Tremblant & it was definitely worth the drive. The pastas were soo good!! & the dessert was delicious! Service was top notch aswell! Definitely recommend coming here.

Merci d'avoir pris en considération le commentaire sur la musique légèrement trop forte. Nous y sommes retournés 2-3 fois après ce commentaire & c'était parfait.
Sachez que nous priorisons toujours le St-Sau lors de nos visites à St-Sauveur & chaque fois ce n'est que du pur bonheur.
Ambiance, staff & nourriture A1!
