Le manager manque totalement de respect, même envers les familles avec des enfants, ce qui est vraiment décevant. Son attitude était impolie & son comportement nous a donné une impression de discrimination.
Je modifie aussi mon avis après avoir lu votre réponse, car elle ne reflète pas du tout ce qui s'est réellement passé. Nous ne sommes pas venus pour'faire un pique-nique' comme vous le dites. Avant d'entrer, nous avons demandé si c'était possible d'entrer avec les pizzas & cela avait été accepté.
Le problème venait surtout du manager, qui a été irrespectueux dans sa manière de parler & incapable de gérer la situation calmement. Son seul objectif semblait être de nous faire partir, & c'est exactement ce qu'il a fait.
Même votre réponse à cet avis reste impolie & peu professionnelle. Une personne avec cette attitude ne devrait pas représenter ni la restauration ni l'image de l'hospitalité

Such a special experience dining here tonight in Granby. The ambiance was warm, welcoming, & thoughtfully done, & every dish brought back that comforting, authentic Indian flavor we were craving.
The onion bhaji was perfectly crisp, the malai kofta was rich & flavorful, the dal makhani was absolutely comforting, & both the paneer masala & paneer 65 were packed with flavor.
Beyond the food, the hospitality truly stood out. Rohit was a splendid host & made the entire experience even more memorable. You can genuinely feel the passion & heart behind this place. Highly recommend this spot in Granby if you're craving authentic Indian food & a welcoming atmosphere!
Nous sommes venus en famille avec les enfants pour manger & passer un bon moment, mais l'expérience a été un vrai cauchemar.
Le service n'était pas au rendez-vous. Le gérant parlait très fort, nous dérangeait constamment & manquait de respect envers les clients. Son attitude était impolie & l'ambiance était très inconfortable pour une sortie en famille.
Nous avons décidé de partir presque immédiatement tellement la situation était désagréable.
Ce sera notre première & dernière expérience dans ce restaurant.
Très mauvaise expérience. Service inexistant & manager irrespectueux qui se permet de crier sur les clients. Honnêtement, c'est le pire restaurant que j'ai visité. Je n'ai jamais vécu une situation pareille auparavant.Le ton utilisé & la façon dont nous avons été traités m'ont donné l'impression d'un comportement raciste & discriminatoire. Expérience très blessante

Nous avions mentionné à l'arrivée que nous venions pour la fête pour fêter l'anniversaire de ma petite fille……& ça été ignoré
Seul point négatif.

I ordere lentil soup but got main course as first entre. Rise was served in a smallish metal container & it was awkward. To serve your self without dropping rice on the table..
No espresso available but coffee was too black due to overboiling ir . Very poor coffee taste.
Our meal was fantastic!
We enjoyed Saag Chana, butter chicken & (fish Madras nice & spicy)
For dessert we shared both mango & pistachio Kulfi (yum)
The Royal Tandoori in Granby had a full house.
