We were served coleslaw & the waitress ask me if I wanted more & I said sure & can we please get water & my wife's coffee, the coffee showed up 20 minutes later, the water or coleslaw never did, then I was watching our plates on the counter for at least 15 minutes which took 30 more minutes to get to finally receive them cold with no sauce ??? Saint Hubert without sauce with cold fries ??
The water still never showed up, neither did the coleslaw & we had to wait again for the sauce, then wait again, then we were ask how was the meal...cold, over 1 hour & 15 minutes later, still no water, not great I added, terrible service but with a fake smile, plus we were charged extra, I didn'tcomplain we just left !!!

Le site web pour commander avec livraison ne fonctionne pas, ça tombe toujours sur cueillette. Il faut toujours finir par leur téléphoner. Beaucoup décevant
Aujourd'hui nous sommes allés au St-Hubert de Mirabel pour la fête de mon petit-fils… service épouvantable… cela a pris deux heures avant d'avoir notre repas… quand on a insisté & bien la serveuse a donné un coup de pied sur le dinosaure ( cadeau de mon petit fils) c'est inacceptable. Peut-être qu'elle n'était pas responsable de la lenteur de la cuisine mais cette attitude n'était pas admissible…. Oubliez pour moi le St-Hubert … je n'y retournerai plus …
Très bel endroit avec un service incroyable. Émilie a fait que notre soirée fut mémorable. Elle a eu un très bel accueil & s'est assurée que tout était selon nos attentes. Nous y retournerons assurément.

Un gros merci à notre serveuse Émilie pour son excellent service! Elle a été souriante, attentionnée & super rapide tout au long du repas. On voit qu'elle aime ce qu'elle fait & qu'elle veut que les clients passent un bon moment. Grâce à elle, notre expérience au St-Hubert a été vraiment agréable. Je la recommande à 100 %!
