I ordered true Uber eats & items was missing from my order & I call the restaurant & she said there is nothing she can do about it
Because I used Uber Eats,Make sure you open the bag or box of your delivery before the driver leaves !!!!

La poutine est vraiment bonne, ça fait 40 ans que je suis client & le service client est toujours impeccable. En plus il y a d'excellents spéciaux. Je recommande cet endroit à tous!

Aujourd'hui jai commander pour moi ma soeur mon père & ma compagne jai demander un burger épicer sur le site cela disait qui avait de la mayo j'ai demandée qu'on puisse l'enlever & elle a nier & elle a répondu avec un aire bête moi & mon pere cela fait plus de 10 ans qui faire affaire avec eu & cela se terminera maintenant.

J'ai commandé une poutine jumbo extra fromage viande brune sauce appart… j'ai reçu une jumbo sauce à l'intérieur qui goûtait l'eau, les frites la moitié étaient pas cuite & la quantité de fromage était équivalant à une petite poutine un seul sachet sans fromage déjà à l'intérieur!!… j'ai téléphoné pour me faire créditer puisque j'ai recommandé une poutine ailleurs & il n'ont jamais voulu me faire un crédit! Je ne suis pas du genre à me plaindre mais sincèrement le service & la poutine pour 35$ sans le pourboire était médiocre! Je ne recommande pas ce restaurant car la satisfaction du client est loin d'être leur priorité!
