Review Summary

Rôtisserie Coco Rico is widely recognized for its authentic Portuguese cuisine, with many visitors praising the flavorful rotisserie chicken, tender pork sandwiches, and generous portions. The roasted potatoes, often described as a highlight, are frequently noted for their delicious taste and abundance. The house-made pastéis de nata are highly recommended as a must-try dessert, consistently earning comparisons to the best bakeries in Lisbon. While the establishment primarily functions as a takeout spot with limited seating, the warm, welcoming, and efficient service provided by the staff and ownership consistently enhances the overall experience. With competitive pricing and great value, the restaurant remains a beloved neighborhood staple that continues to impress both new guests and long-time patrons.

Just wasn't that good, chicken was tough & small portion for the money. Spicy is not very spicy.

First, I want to note that the food & service is top notch.
The restaurant is more of a takeout place than a dine-in, there is only a few space available.
However, don't let that turn you off, the food is simply to good to pass.
I will be back!

I had a bifana & a nata. The meat was really tasty, I truly liked it, but it was a bit too salty. I couldn't finish the last third of the sandwich. Also, I would've preferred listening to Portuguese music, but that's just a preference

A great spot for authentic Portuguese comfort food in Montreal. The rotisserie chicken is juicy, well-seasoned, & served with the classic sides that make the meal feel simple but satisfying.

The highlight for me was the Pastel de Nata. The pastry was crisp & flaky, while the custard had the right balance of sweetness with a lightly caramelized top. They reminded me why this iconic Portuguese dessert has become so beloved beyond Portugal.

The box of six costs around $20, which may seem a little pricey at first. However, considering the quality, the craftsmanship involved in making good pastél de nata, & the prices around the neighborhood, I think it's a reasonable treat - especially if you're sharing with family or friends.
