We ordered for delivery. We took the time to ask what was in the garden salad. She replied quite sarcastically « well salad, cucumber & tomatoes , I mean it's a garden salad »

Yes. Perfect because it's what I wanted. When i received the salad it had the tomatoes lettuce & cucumbers PLUS additional OLIVES & GREEN PEPPERS. Not the end of the world since I picked them off one by one. But unacceptable to be told & expect one thing & be disappointed with something else :(

Facturation incorrecte à deux reprises (★☆☆☆☆)
C'est la deuxième fois qu'on me facture des articles non reçus. La dernière fois, il manquait mon Pepsi, & cette fois-ci, j'ai payé pour 8 morceaux de saucisse feuilletée mais je n'en ai eu que 4. Les erreurs viennent de la cuisine ou des caisses, mais vous venez de perdre une cliente.

Samedi le 9 mai 5h00, je vais commander pour 6, très déçu de nos repas, poulet très très sec, les ailes maison goûtait l'huile de cuisson, seul la poutine était correcte, rien à voir avec succursale de St-hubert ou Carignan, jamais plus j'irai à cette succursale

Je ne comprends pas comment on peut envoyer en livraison une poutine presque sans sauce. Parfaite lors de la dernière commande, cette fois ma poutine méga est arrivée complètement sèche. À 27$ pouboire inclus, je ne comprends pas. Ils vont m'en livrer une autre mais il me semble que ça ne prend pas un talent exceptionnel pour assembler une poutine régulière. Pis la sauce au prix coutant? 0,50$ -0,75$ le litre? Très décevant. Peut-être qu'il faut y aller en personne & l'ouvrir pour voir si la poutine est normale?

J'étais surpris de voir que l'évaluation de ce Benny avait baissé car j'ai toujours été satisfait . Là je comprends.

J'ai ajouté une étoile car ma 2e poutine est arrivée rapidement & était correcte.
