La terrasse est vraiment belle! Repas généreux. Arancini 10/10 ! Les angus sliders j'ai été déçue! Il manquait de saveurs.
Le service était très lent, nous ne savions jamais qui était notre serveur. Le service augmente toujours la qualité de l'expérience du client, cependant, nous avons été très déçus.
We were a little group of 3 girls, we sat on the terrace. The terrace was really nice & it is covered so you can sit outside even if it's raining. However, the service was horrible. If I could I would give it a 0 star. We were there at around 9 pm. The drinks we ordered took around 20 min for a glass of wine & 30 min for a dirty martini, each came at different times. The calamari appetizer arrived after that & it was cold. The manager was apologizing because they had a mess up with the tables but we never left or moved our table so I don't know why it would affect us. He did give us a second plate of hot calamari which does not seem like a compensation. The bare minimum is to give me what I ordered hot. He did say he was going to provide a digestive at the end to compensate but he never came to do that & we never got them. In addition, at the time we were there, it wasn't really packed, there were many empty tables & people were already eating so really not understandable why it would take so long. The main course came at around 10:30. It was ridiculous to wait all that time for food that was really average, nothing special. We ordered a Ceasar salad with chicken & a mushroom pizza. We wouldn't be going back that's for sure. I'm surprised a restaurant at the Marriott is actually so bad. Not worth the detour!
I do have to mention how in comparison the Terrace Cielo on the 10th floor is amazing! The staff & manager are very friendly, they go out of their way to accommodate you. We were there for a drink before, their drinks are delicious & the ambiance & views are very nice. They even had a DJ. The only negative point is it is not a covered terrace so when it started raining, we left. That's when we went down to the other restaurant.
Le service a été très lent, on a dû rappeler plusieurs fois a notre serveuse que j'attendais un cocktail qu'elle avait oublié de commander, puisque le desk manager nous a dit que rien n'était en attente ... meme histoire pour les pains qui complétaient notre entrée qui ont été malencontreusement donné a une autre table, sans oublié l'os de poulet retrouvé dans ma salade césar.
Bref l'ambiance est agréable mais tout le reste est vraiment ordinaire, surtout quand tu entends ta serveuse demander au desk si elle a le droit de nous offrir la consommation tant attendu & que celui ci refuse, notez que notre table a consommer pour plus de 350 $
Food is AMAZING & DELICIOUS, Reasonably priced. Soup & Lasagna salty but everything else was Perfection. Service started good & then slowed down. My brother in law & Nephew got food so late that we boxed it to go Home. The big meal (lamb, steak, chicken, veggies) was 150$ but they never put the Lobster Tail. We paid full price but did not get it. Waiter was nice & friendly. Service slow...
I will be going back because food is DELICIOUS 😋 Arancini & Calamari so far they are top notch. Number 1 in Montreal.

Nous avons organisé un baptême pour 50 personnes dans la salle privée du Rosso Cielo,
& tout a été parfait du début à la fin !
Un immense merci à toute l'équipe pour l'accueil chaleureux, la grande flexibilité, & la réactivité face à nos demandes.
Melissa & Lucas sont très professionnels & réactifs a nos demandes.
Le stationnement se situe dans l'espace montmorency & on nous offre 3 heures de stationnement a notre départ, si on scanne notre billet.
Le service a été rapide, professionnel & attentionné, ce qui a grandement contribué à la réussite de notre événement.
La salle privée est idéale : spacieuse, bien agencée & parfaitement adaptée à ce type de célébration.
On nous as parler du rooftop, nous irons le tester une prochaine fois !

We went to the terrace. It had nice vibes, although service a bit slow but super friendly. The drinks we had were good. I would go back for the views & the drinks. The food was just okay - we had fries & lobster rolls.
J'y suis allée &… le service laisse vraiment à désirer. Nous étions 3 & nous avons chacune reçu notre plat a plus de 30min d'intervalle. Donc une avait terminé son plat alors que l'autre n'avait même pas encore reçu le tien. Un des serveurs a été vraiment désagréable lorsqu'on lui a demandé d'apportez un item qui manquait. La nourriture était tiède presque froide. C'est dommage c'est vraiment un bel endroit..
The food at the restaurant was really good - flavorful, fresh, & well-prepared. Every dish we tried was delicious & satisfying. The atmosphere was cozy & inviting too.
What made the experience even better was the waitress lida She was friendly, attentive, & very professional. She made sure our needs were met without being intrusive, & she gave great recommendations from the menu.
Overall, a great dining experience with tasty food & excellent service. I'd definitely come back!
J'ai été souper à ce restaurant avec mes 3 amies un dimanche soir.
Cuisine: la nourriture vient rapidement & c'est excellent.
Service: nous avons eu la chance d'avoir Marco comme serveur pour le souper. Son service, sa patience, sa bonne humeur & son énergie étaient impeccables.
Ambiance: le restaurant est magnifique qu'on soit à l'intérieur ou sur leurs terrasses.
Service extrêmement long
Avec mon amie qui a une allergie sévère aux agrumes préciser plusieurs fois pis arrivé avec un demi citron 🍋 avec son filet mignon qui lui était froid

We went for a birthday.. the waiter we had was nice, but not very good at attention to detail… My entire meal was incorrect.. for the entrée, I had asked for the Rucola Padano salad.. she brought me the Caprese.. I kept it.. for our main, I ordered their Grill burger.. & I made sure she knew that it had to be gluten free.. I think they completely forgot us.. after 1hr30min.. the waitress returned & realized we had not received our main.. wheni finally got my plate, my order was wrong. they forgot I requested gluten free.. after sending that back, & waiting another 15 min. I got my plate.. the burger was cold, the potato's lacked taste & were under cooked…
For dessert, i asked for the sorbet, & coffee.. I received my coffee.. after waiting for 20 min, for my sorbet, I asked the waitress where my sorbet was.. her answer.. I thought you didn't want it!! Needless to say, it was a disappointment..
The waitress did comp. our coffee & dessert.. which I think was nice.,
But, it's the first & last time I go to this restaurant.
Nous avions réservé pour 4 pour souligner un anniversaire & nous avons choisi d' aller sur la terrasse. Il y a déjà un groupe pour l' apéro (congrès). Notre jolie serveuse nous sert la bouteille de vin en remplissant les verres jusqu'au bord. On demande des infos sur le menu. Elle est incapable de nous aider, c' est évident que c' est sa première journée. On commande 2 assiettes de lobsterroll & une autre entrée (pour la personne fêtée qui ne mange pas de poisson). On nous sert le homard,mais sans ustensiles ni petites assiettes. Encore plus frustrant, la personne fêtée n'a jamais reçu son entrée! Ensuite, on me sert mon plat & les 3 autres personnes très longtemps après. On sert la pizza à mon gendre , puis le fish ans Chip à mon conjoint & toujours rien pour la personne fêtée ! On demande au gérant & il dit que c' est normal car se sont des plats à partager & que c' est servi lorsque le plat sort de la cuisine,alors que notre serveuse n'a rien mentionné. Enfin, il nous offre un autre verre de vin lorsqu'il s'est rendu compte que notre invitée n'était toujours pas servie au bout de 90 minutes (sans entrée ).Finalement,on demande la facture & encore une longue attente pour constater qu'un dessert gratuit avait été commandé.
On devait ensuite aller au match des Rockets & on avait une réservation à 17h30. Alors, on a manqué le début du match.

Nous avons célébré la première communion de nos enfants avec un groupe de 75 personnes, & tout était absolument parfait ! Dès les premiers échanges, Lucas s'est montré très professionnel, flexible & chaleureux. Le jour de l'événement, tout s'est déroulé exactement comme prévu. Chaque détail convenu a été respecté. Je recommande cet endroit à 100 % pour vos événements. En plus, le lieu est vraiment magnifique !
