The BOUNCERS at the place are the worst, i can't even put it into good words. If i could put a 0 stars for service, i would. They act like they own the place & talk mean things to you when you're late for a guestlist. All of my group were already inside with a guestlist & i came later, & the bouncers still said i had to wait the back of the line…for 1 person. Then they started getting riled up & defensive when i tried to plead my case, & said i wasn't going to get it at all.
I don't know who they think they are, however, they lost my money for that night, & all the other nights for the rest of my life, because i won't be going back there to get treated like garbage by 2 unqualified bouncers.
The boss/owner needs to fire these guys asap because i'm sure there are other people in the same boat as me.

A very inclusive & good vibes atmosphere,
Steve & his team July 5 2026 were amazing. Most optimal customer service I have experienced in the hospitality industry during a large event in a long time !!!
We had someone with autism attend & his accommodations were well taken care of. Good communication & collaboration goes a long way to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to enjoy a great time,
Riversides was the perfect example of this follow through. Thank you .

Overall service fantastic, servers & honestly all other staff too were very tentative & professional in their roles.

The place was quite clean too, they maintain well from the bathrooms to the public areas throughout.

The layout, the esthetics of the place is super cool, the renovations are nice

We were celebrating a Bachelorette party too, everyone was pleased.

Place has a lot of potential. This place would be one of the best places in town if they played more house music.
It's rap & pop music for hours. Too repetitive.

After my experience at riverside I understand & agree with the other reviews discussing the attitude of the bouncers towards patrons. When I got to the door they informed me there was a dress code (which I did not see online) & proceeded to roast my outfit before letting me in (which btw many other people were dressed EXACTLY like I was once I got inside). Furthermore the bouncers can overreact, where one of them started touching me because I was getting close to the backside which was closed (I never made any attempt to go there, it was simply the one corner where there was space to stand because the floor was too packed to move). This bouncer was young & seemed inexperienced but generally between the roasts, being mean mugged by the bouncers & the over-corrections the owners should be aware that their bouncers will eventually be a cause of fights at their bar.

Addtitionally, I would have spent more money here but it was so packed I couldn't get to the bar to even order. I don't know why they didn't open up the backside to allow for more movement & people to be less cramped in the space. I would urge the staff to check the regulations for the capacity of their venue as people got literally STUCK in the crowd & could not move.
