Founded in 1960 by brothers Peppino and Federico Corneli, the restaurant continues to uphold the same authentic recipes passed down through generations. A true family business, it is now proudly run by the new generation — Nicola, Pina, and Alex Corneli, together with Chef Joe Nicodemo. Our homemade pasta, hand-crafted by Nonna Donna, remains the heart and soul of our cuisine. And of course, our pizza baked in an oven imported from Italy delivers that traditional taste we’re famous for.

I've been here twice & so far everything my friends & I have ordered has been delicious. Even the tiramisu is excellent & authentic & I am quite severe on my critiques of tiramisu. The ambience is really nice. Their pizza oven is beautiful & the portions are generous. Looking forward to returning asap.
I visited Restaurant Corneli for my birthday & overall had a good experience, though I left feeling a bit disappointed. The food itself was excellent. The lasagna was rich & flavorful, the gnocchi had a great texture with a fresh tomato sauce, & the pizza was perfectly cheesy with a crispy crust. Everything tasted really authentic & made with care.
The restaurant has a warm, classic Italian atmosphere, & the service was friendly & attentive throughout the meal. However, as someone who works in the service industry, I was a little surprised that nothing was mentioned or done for my birthday - no small dessert, acknowledgment, or gesture. It's something I always make sure to include for guests at my own job, as it adds that personal touch & makes their special day memorable.
Still, Restaurant Corneli delivers great food & a cozy dining experience. It's just missing that extra bit of hospitality that would've made it perfect.
We have been here twice now. The food is absolutely delicious & it is served in a very generous portion. Thus far we have tried the lasagna, pizza, tortellini, veal escalope, grilled salmon & lamb shank. They were are delicious.
As for appetizer, the fried calamari was great & the salads come in big portions.
They have very affordable as well as expensive wine options by bottle which I really appreciated.
I got the Corneli antipasto & Raviolli alla Gigi. They also served free bread with sun-dried tomatoes. That bread alone is so delicious I would visit again solely for the bread.
Corneli antipesto tasted great with wine. The fig was extremely sweet & heavenly.
I ordered the ravioli alla Gigi because so many people had posted pics of it online but I didn't love it.
Overall the vibes were immaculate & the food was good quality.
The pasta & pizza were delicious! Full of flavour & perfectly cooked. Highly recommended 👍👍you won't be disappointed! Our server was andrew he was taking care of us professionally.
Nous avons réservé le 31 août pour les 80 ans de ma mère & malheureusement j'ai très mal digéré durant la nuit, mot de coeur & d'estomac, & ma mère a vomi tout son repas. L'ambiance très appropriée pour l'occasion, mais nourriture pas fraîche. Dommage, mais je n'y retournerai pas.
Visited this place with some work colleagues, while we were in Montreal. Lovely ambience. Friendly service. Food was really great. We all thoroughly enjoyed the quality of the meals. Recommended.
I always tell everybody the reason why Corneli's is thriving is because they have so much turnover that the food is always fresh . On another note, I take so many glasses , forks & knives from them , & they never complained .
