Founded in 1960 by brothers Peppino and Federico Corneli, the restaurant continues to uphold the same authentic recipes passed down through generations. A true family business, it is now proudly run by the new generation — Nicola, Pina, and Alex Corneli, together with Chef Joe Nicodemo. Our homemade pasta, hand-crafted by Nonna Donna, remains the heart and soul of our cuisine. And of course, our pizza baked in an oven imported from Italy delivers that traditional taste we’re famous for.

Overall, Corneli feels like a cherished neighborhood destination where great food, drinks, and a vibrant vibe come together for a memorable meal.
Stopped by tonight, & this was one of the best Italian restaurants we have been to during our travels. Everything was excellent, from the atmosphere to the service &, of course, the food. Would definitely come back if in Montreal again.
My experience wasn't that great at the Corneli, & was a bit disappointed. The place was overcrowded with very loud music so you can imagine the noise. The tables were placed too closely together which made it uncomfortable at all. The food was average, I expected more from the pizza & the sangria was weak, with hardly any noticeable alcohol. The only good part was the ferrero rocher cake
Amazing food & service. Our waitress was young, professional & funny. Wanted to go for a while, but never had the occasion. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the restaurant.
