Sommes allés souper hier (mercredi), le serveur, vraiment sympathique, a accepté qu'on prenne place dans la salle à manger. Nous étions 5 personnes, entièrement satisfaites; filet mignon, joue de boeuf, tartare de saumon & burger, tout était délicieux!

J'étais déjà allé à ce restaurant avant la pandémie & je n'avais pas particulièrement apprécié les mets à cette époque alors j'avais mit de côté ce restaurant.
Alors j'ai voulu donner une deuxième chance à cet endroit d'abord parce que la terrasse extérieure près de la rivière est tout simplement magnifique.
J'ai pris un apéro. Le verre à moitié rempli. Décevant…
Les entrés étaient prometteuses. Le Tataki de thon était pas mauvais mais sans plus. Aucune saveur particulière qui en ressort, presque fade. La poêlée de choux guerre mieux. Ça trempait dans une sauce claire tomatée.
Les plats étaient biens mais sans surprise .
Mention honorable au tartare de boeuf asiatique qui a été le meilleur plat. Les croûtons qui l'accompagnait étaient inégaux & mal cuits & la salade d'accompagnement était grossièrement composée, légumes taillés gros, vinaigrette seulement dans un coin. L'assiette de saumon du moment était correcte.
Dans l'ensemble les aliments étaient frais.
Le service était fonctionnel sans plus. Les serveurs font leur travail mais aucune interaction. À leur défense il faisait très chaud à l'extérieur cette soirée là.
J'y retournerai peut-être pour profiter de la terrasse pour une bière ou deux mais rien d'autre car ils semblent être restés au même niveaux que la dernière fois que j'y suis allé.
Dommage pcq l'endroit a un fort potentiel.
