I've placed an order for delivery quite early on in the day, when the time for the delivery to be completed came about - the order never came. I called & was told that the order still had to take 10 minutes. It then took 2 hours to receive the order because they then couldn't find a courrier. I understand that sometimes these things happen but it was such an inconvenience seeing how it was a Saturday & it was a big order for a group of people. That being said, once the food was delivered it was fresh, & quite good ! They also refunded me for the inconvenience which was very appreciated. I'd give them another chance because I'd recommend the food & they did continuously call to keep me posted on the status. Thank you for the customer service !

Food is great, let's get that out of the way. But service is extremely poor. It's very clear they prioritize online purchases & take outs. That's horrible because if that's your model, tell the public. How am I waiting almost 45 minutes for two rolls of sushi when I'm the only person sitting in the restaurant?when you walk in & take a seat, nobody even bothers to come over & ask what you want.

Ma conjointe a une intolérance à certains poissons. Ils ont nettoyer leur surface de travail & leurs ustensils pour éviter la contamination croisée. Aucun commentaire ni regard désagréable. Personnel souriant, courtois. Bon rapport qualité & quantité vs prix

Juste WOW & MIAM! Je viens de savourer les meilleurs sushis à vie que j'ai gouté!! Normalement je mange plus ou moins 15 mcx, mais là c'était tellement délicieux & frais que j'ai mangé les 27 mcx en moins de 15 min. Vous venez d'hériter d'un client extrêmement satisfait!!! Carl L.
