Le 11 mai 2024, au sous-sol: - Service désorganisé & très lent, groupe de 4 servis séparément. Ça a pris au moins 20 minutes pour qu'on soit tous servis pour ce souper. - Pareil pour le service de boissons. - Nourriture infecte, moules servis crus 🤢🤮 & le serveur dit l'avoir remarqué mais, sans autre action & surtout réaction. La chair d'homard était brune & le fromage gratiné dessus était peut-être destiné à le camoufler. Le beurre à l'ail était à donner un mal de coeur instantané. Les frites mal cuites. Le filet mignon suivait le reste par sa qualité. Nous avons retourné nos plats à la faveur d'un % d'escomptes sur nos factures. Quand-même trop cher pour des assiettes à peine entamées. Une belle soirée gâchée. Bref, très mauvaise première expérience & la dernière. Le restaurant était pourtant bien plein. Il y a manifestement quelques-chose qui n'a pas fonctionné pcq avec une telle absence de qualité & service, ce restaurant serait déjà fermé.
Nourriture délicieuse !! Les serveurs sont courtois, par contre, la fin de semaine (samedi) stationnement difficile à trouver & service très lent vu le nombre de clients donc il faut être très patient.
C'est la première fois , qu'on viens ici , le personnel , le service , la nourriture A1 , tout parfait merci beaucoup! On a passé une très belle journée 🙌
Super rico! Well cooked & seasoned; homemade mayo & hot sauce were delicious too (although maybe could have been a bit spicier, or have a spicier option). Ordered Lomo saltado, pollo a la brasa, & alfajor & all were good. Alfajor was a bit too dry for my liking, but the coconut shavings on the side were a very nice touch. There was a live band that was going around singing to tables & it was really fun!
Great restaurant . The food is really fresh . Very good service . I highly recommend it ! &; Our waitress Ashley was awesome & she was very cute . U can't go wrong. 👍
The service was friendly but very slow. The ceviche was ok but not authentic Peruvian. My husband had the steak & enjoyed it. Fries were under cooked. Drinks were very good but took far too long to arrive. Only one bar tender for such a big restaurant. Papas hurricanes arrived cold. They were heated in microwave & were had cold areas
