J'ai été très déçu du ceviche! Tout les poissons avaient le même goût & très dispendieux pour la qualité du repas, je ne recommande pas ce ceviche à personne! En résumé trop cher les plats pour la qualité qui n'est pas à la hauteur.

As someone who considers themselves a ceviche professional, I can confidently say: I have NEVER had a ceviche this good in my life. Fresh, flavorful, perfectly balanced - it's absolute perfection in every bite. & just when I thought it couldn't get better… they have Micheladas too!
Solymar Laval isn't just a restaurant, it's a vibe. The space is clean, vibrant, & absolutely stunning - every detail is so well thought-out. The staff? So sweet, welcoming, & attentive, you truly feel like family the moment you walk in.
I feel so lucky to have a place like this so close to home. This is now my go-to for every celebration - birthdays, family dinners, spontaneous ceviche cravings, you name it. I'm already planning to bring my entire family here!
10/10. Highly, highly recommend. Solymar is a treasure.

Je suis un peu désolé de mon mauvais avis mais j'espère que cette avis pourra aider à améliorer,, le service & l'ambiance c'est super mais les repas je sens qui commence à diminuer un peu la qualité en rapport avec les prix qui sont quand même élever. J'ai essayé le plat de spaghetti Vert avec papa à la huancaina malheureusement je n'ai vraiment pas aimé, la Yuca du Ceviche était DUR vraiment pas mangeable aussi trop d'oignons,, facture plus de 100$ pour 2 personnes.

Amazing food, the ceviche & jalea was super fresh! Great atmosphere on Saturday with mariachi playing beautiful music. Our waiter Javier was amazing, top service, such a nice guy. Super attentive & genuine. Thank you Javier for making my fiancé's birthday a wonderful one!

Leurs ceviches sont juste un peu trop salé a mon gout mais vraiment succulent & les portions très généreuses. Très bonne adresse pour ceux qui aime la cuisine d'Amérique centrale & du sud.

Ceviche was terrible, tasted like garlic not true Peruvian ceviche & the yuca was uncooked . ¡¡PERUANOS no vayan ahí la YUCA ESTABA CRUDA EL CEVICHE SABÍA A AJO Y SE DEMORA MUCHO NO AUTENTICO 👎👎

The service was friendly but very slow. The ceviche was ok but not authentic Peruvian. My husband had the steak & enjoyed it. Fries were under cooked. Drinks were very good but took far too long to arrive. Only one bar tender for such a big restaurant. Papas hurricanes arrived cold. They were heated in microwave & were had cold areas

Les plats sont délicieux. Le steak, el lomo saltado & le ceviche, succulents. Le serveur nous a beaucoup aidé dans nos choix & nos questionnements sur leur mets. L'ambiance est festive, mais la musique un peu trop forte. Solymar à Laval nous donne beaucoup d'espace de stationnement, ce qui est mieux qu'à St-Hubert. Très satisfaite.
