I fell the customer service was really poorly managed for a large group not well organized knowing a big group was coming in. It should have been better organized

We had a great experience here! The food was fresh & delicious, & the staff were friendly & attentive throughout our visit. We didn't have to wait long for our order, which was a nice surprise given how busy the place was. Overall, everything was well-prepared & tasted great. Definitely planning to come back again soon!

Servi par Ashley, service excellent, acceuillant & rapide. Très allerte aux besoins & a l'experience de ses clients. La nourriture est excellent ainsi que la chicha!
J'ai été très déçu du ceviche! Tout les poissons avaient le même goût & très dispendieux pour la qualité du repas, je ne recommande pas ce ceviche à personne! En résumé trop cher les plats pour la qualité qui n'est pas à la hauteur.
Très bonne nourriture péruvienne.
Ambiance chaleureuse & musique ambiance à tres bon volume. On est capable de bien manger & bien s'entendre les uns les autres.

Ma toute première expérience s était en 2022 jusqu'à aujourd'hui, en même temps qu'il m'ont annoncé que j'avais un Cancer …J'ai cru que sa serait pour ma première & dernière X Je suis même retourné entre temps suite à ça loll tellement que j'ai adoré.

As someone who considers themselves a ceviche professional, I can confidently say: I have NEVER had a ceviche this good in my life. Fresh, flavorful, perfectly balanced - it's absolute perfection in every bite. & just when I thought it couldn't get better… they have Micheladas too!
Solymar Laval isn't just a restaurant, it's a vibe. The space is clean, vibrant, & absolutely stunning - every detail is so well thought-out. The staff? So sweet, welcoming, & attentive, you truly feel like family the moment you walk in.
I feel so lucky to have a place like this so close to home. This is now my go-to for every celebration - birthdays, family dinners, spontaneous ceviche cravings, you name it. I'm already planning to bring my entire family here!
