Moi & mon copain avons été pour la première fois à Solymar à Laval . Nous avons pris 2 boissons , une entrée de calmars & une entrée de huître avec lime, tomates, coriandre & oignons . Comme plat principal nous avons pris poulet braisé & côtelette de boeuf . La margaritas à la fraise était très bonne . Les huîtres étaient beaucoup trop froide. Le poulet n'était pas du tout braisé ni fait au charbon & les côtelettes de boeuf contenaient beaucoup trop de gras & pas assez de viande. La mayonnaise était extrêmement liquide & goûtait rien nous y avons pas touché de peur qu'elle soit pourri. Je pense que le menu contient trop de mets ce qui fait en sorte qu'il ont du mal à perfectionner chacun de leur plats. Le service étaient extrêmement long ...nous avons du attendre au moins 20 min avant que quelqu'un nous apporte la facture. Nous demandions une sauce & elle n'est jamais venu. Par contre , les employés sont gentils. Pour 141$ ... nous y retentirons surment pas .

Great Restaurant to discover Peruvian dishes & also a great service.
William was in charge of our table & he is a great waiter. He interacts with the every one in the table & extends your experience to another level.

Moi & Ma famille nous visitons constamment le restaurant & tous avons remarqué que les portions on trop diminué. On a comparé avec les photos & aussi on vu une grosse différence. Que se soi pour la jalea ou le lomo salteado ou el arroz chaufa, tous les plats était de bon goût mais très petit quantité, même si l'administrateur dit que le plats son servi par poids les photos reflètent le changement.

Le service & l'ambiance était superbe sauf une erreur dans la commande j'avais demandé du riz & j'ai eu des frites. Nous avions pris des calmars comme entrée & ils étaient très mous. J'ai pris la truite à l'ail comme repas & j'ai vraiment été déçu. Le poisson n'était pas très frais, il goûtait très fort & il manquait un peu de cuisson le milieu était encore translucide.
