Solymar Laval stands out for fresh, flavorful Peruvian dishes and a warm, attentive staff. The menu features ceviche, anticucho, chicharron, pollo a la brasa and a variety of tasty sides and desserts, with chicha morada and micheladas among the favorites. Dishes are presented elegantly and arrive in generous portions that invite sharing, and the atmosphere is lively and festive. Guests consistently praise the friendly, helpful service and a welcoming vibe that feels like a celebration every time. A few notes about pace or value exist, but the overall experience is delicious, vibrant and memorable.
Food is excellent, the only thing that bothered me is that even though is very expensive & they force you literally to leave the tip either you got or not a good service i think the tip should be related if the client wants to leave it or not, personally if i receive a good service i will leave tip but to force me to leave it nope! So its more the fact of the tip thing besides its one of my favorite restaurants in town! The food is delicious!
Good place tobe whit the family, good it's great ,will nice if give a bit more food on the plates because it's it not ship to eat there ,but it worth it trust me

Ashley nous a donné un excellent service! La bouffe était succulente. Plantin & maïs pirouvien pour l'entrée, Ceviche, chicharrón, poulet à la brasa, chiracones pour le dessert, chicha Morada pour la boisson. La serveuse nous a fait goûter la chicha à la fin du repas. Je recommande d'aller, ça vaut le détour! Merci encore 😁!

Ma copine & moi avons littéralement adoré notre expérience. C'était une première pour nous dans un restaurant péruvien & nous avons été complètement charmés. Elle a pris le ceviche de poisson & moi l'anticucho… & honnêtement, c'était absolument délicieux! Des saveurs fraîches, équilibrées, dépaysantes - on avait presque l'impression de voyager.
& que dire du service? #1 du début à la fin! Nous avons été très bien conseillés, accueillis avec chaleur & servis avec attention.
Une expérience que nous allons assurément répéter!

Je suis allé samedi passé, & j'étais servi par Eduardo un service impeccable Très attentionné Je remercie beaucoup son service.
La nourriture était très bonne aussi.
Ya es mi tercera vez que vengo y la verdad es uno de los restaurantes mas ricos que e visitado y el servicio de Eduardo es impecable, la verdad es el mejor y brinda el mejor servicio. Deverdad lo recomiendo mucho y la comida super deliciosa.
The food was overall good, the beef could've been more to my taste, but still decent. The place wasn't too busy, yet the service was really slow & communication with the waiter was a bit of a challenge! But hey, it was an experience!
I went to Solymar twice in September for two different birthday parties, & both times were amazing. The food was absolutely delicious, I'm a huge seafood lover, & everything I tried was fresh, flavourful, & perfectly cooked.
The atmosphere is fun, festive, & full of great energy. It's the kind of place where you instantly feel like you're celebrating something, even when you're not! I'm already looking forward to going back again. Def recommend! 🦞🍤🎉
Au repas du midi le serveur m'a dit qu'il n'y pas des avocats comme entrée 15 min plus tard, il est arrivé avec un assiette d'avocats a la table d'à côté...quoiiiii? Je demande porquoi il m'avait menti ? Il m'a repondu que comme il n'y a pas beaucoup d'avocats il dit à SES CLIENTS qu'il n'y en PAS DU TOUT...quand c'est PAS VRAIIII...Il nous a apporté l'entrée Froide & 1 min après le repas principalll FROID.....que j'ai pas mangue évidemment .......
Service tres lent . Nourriture tiède & froide pour le plat du poulet. On a demandé de le changer & cest revenu froid pareil. Très déçu de cette expérience.
