Ah que dire du Saigon? Depuis les 20 dernières années, ce magnifique petit restaurant familial fait partie de notre vie! Les plats végétariens sont délicieux!

J'ai commandé le Pho au boeuf ainsi que les rouleaux impériaux ; authentique & délicieux! La petite salade de carotte qui vient avec les rouleaux impériaux est vinaigrée & très bonne! Très bon bouillon avec oignons rouges, 2 petits piments rouges forts, oignons verts & herbes fraîches (Coriande) + Propriétaire très sympathique! :)

Un peu déçu de payer 16 $ pour 10 petites nouilles Wonton, son bouillon, & une poignée de vermicelles. Le bouillon est excellent.
Il manque de la musique dans le restaurant, mais celui-ci a gardé son cachet d'antan. Endroit quand même sympathique à visiter.

À éviter. Service désorganisé & lenteur excessive. Restaurant à demi-capacité un samedi soir. On prends une table pour deux quand même & on nous dit que ça va être serré pour un service en 2h. En effet, 1h pour avoir une entrée d'un seul rouleau. Le service rapide c'est les soupes dit-on …& c'est loin d'être rapide. On a l'impression que tout le restaurant repose sur une seule personne. Repas pas exceptionnel …soupe won-ton principalement juste de la pâte. Beau décor, pas de musique. Si vous voulez toujours l'essayer …réservez à l'avance 3h+
