Praya, c'est le genre d'adresse discrète qu'on découvre presque par hasard… & qu'on est content d'avoir essayée. Rien de tape-à-l'oeil, mais une cuisine sincère & bien exécutée. La soupe est réconfortante, bien équilibrée, & le plat cambodgien au boeuf a du caractère : saveurs franches, épices maîtrisées, ça goûte le fait maison.

L'ambiance est calme, presque trop tranquille par moment - ce qui, honnêtement, est un avantage à l'heure du lunch. Pas de vacarme, pas de pression pour libérer la table. Parfait pour discuter, réfléchir, prendre son temps. Le service est simple & efficace, sans chichi.

Côté portefeuille, prix abordables, ce qui rend l'expérience encore plus agréable. On sort rassasié, satisfait, sans se sentir floué.

Nous sommes allés chez Praya sans avoir de réservation, la place etait comble, mais nous avons quand même eu une place une dizaine de minutes plus tard (Réservation recommandée). La nourriture était délicieuse, les portions modéré à généreuse & le tout était prêt rapidement & frais. Nous étions un groupe de 4 & les assiettes sont arrivés relativement synchronisés. L'hôte & les serveuses étaient courtois & professionnel. Une belle découverte, je recommande à ceux qui veulent des bons plats réconfortants thaïlandais!

La table d'hôte #1 vaut vraiment la peine! La soupe Bangkok, le poulet à la thaïlandaise, les nouilles Praya, le poulet Praya & le fameux Banh oi sont succulents!
