I've been coming to Peddler's for years, & it's one of those restaurants that's really well-known in LaSalle for a reason. While I've tried different things over the years, breakfast is always my go-to.

My favorite is Combo #6 - bacon & eggs served with fruit, toast, & a crepe. It's such a great plate, & the crepe is always delicious. They always make my bacon extra crispy, exactly how I like it.

I usually order from here on lazy mornings because I know how popular & busy it can get, but the last few times I've dined in, the service has been A+. We had a younger waiter with glasses who was incredibly attentive. He kept refilling my hot water for tea without me even having to ask, which was really appreciated.

The prices are reasonable, the portions are good, & I love supporting local restaurants that aren't part of a big franchise. Peddler's continues to be one of my favorite breakfast spots in LaSalle.

It's a very classic place takes you back to 90s. The place is busy on weekends so it's better to visit on weekdays. I love their Combo#3 with steaks. Over all it is amazing. I get the vibe of Disney Movie 🎥 while I visited. I ordered fries instead of potato on the side. The roasted smoked meat is also good. & their poutine is amazing.
The place will look beautiful if some renovation can be done here to just add some extra light & touch to this place maybe some new fabric on the seats & some wall fresheners to enhance the atmosphere.

óchi kaliméra 🤷 I suppose my expectations were too high. I ate alone, so table for 1 facing the bar a few steps away from the main door was given to.me. Unfortunately it was a high traffic path next to my table. It was a cold place to be seated. I ate combo 1 on the breakfast menu. The food was quickly served but at a tepid temperature & with dry potatoes. Anyway that was my experience. There were alot of regulars from what I witnessed. The matriarch of the restaurant was sweet & friendly with all the clients she recognized. But I left with a MEH experience.

It was my first time going to Peddlers & wow! Angelos service was amazing, the other waiters were equally as kind. Finally somewhere where the tip is well deserved. The food was very good as well. I got the combo 2 & my sister the combo 1. The bill came to a total of 35$ which I find extremely reasonable in this economy, especially for breakfast. Really enjoyed myself, it was cute & cozy. Will definitely be coming back
