Absolutely terrible experience! I ordered an Amritsari Kulcha & a Noodle Burger through Uber Eats. In the order notes, I clearly wrote **'No methi topping please'** for the kulcha & **'No tomato please'** for the noodle burger. Before placing the order, I even called the restaurant to confirm whether these requests could be accommodated, & they said it was possible.

When my order arrived, both items completely ignored my instructions. I called the restaurant, & the staff member insisted that I had only mentioned'no red chilli,' which was completely incorrect. When I asked her to check the order notes, it became obvious that they either never read the customer instructions or simply don't care enough to follow them.

The worst part was their so-called solution. Instead of replacing the incorrect order immediately, I was told that I could place another order tomorrow, pay the full amount again, & then they would replace it. Seriously? I'm hungry now, not tomorrow! & why would I pay for another order when the mistake was entirely theirs?

This is unacceptable customer service. If you can't read simple order notes or honor requests that you already confirmed over the phone, don't pretend that you can. Then expecting customers to pay again to fix your own mistake is beyond ridiculous. Extremely disappointing experience, & I definitely won't be ordering from here again.

I had a great experience thanks to Jashan! He was friendly, attentive, & provided excellent service throughout our visit. He made sure everything was taken care of & was very welcoming & professional. Really appreciate the great service - definitely a server I'd be happy to have again!

Yesterday we ordered 10 naans & 3 curries from this place. While the curries were fine, every single naan & even the bhature were burnt & extremely hard-completely inedible. It was very disappointing, especially considering the quantity we ordered.
The manager did offer a replacement, but since we live far in Dorval, it didn't make sense for us to drive all the way back just to pick up naans. A delivery option for the replacement would have been much more reasonable in this situation. Overall, not a great experience.
