LUMI restaurant offers a seasonal menu, available à la carte or as a nine- or fourteen-course tasting menu. Each dish highlights a star ingredient, enhanced by compositions that combine contrasting and complementary elements.

The intentionally discreet service emphasizes the moment, the artistic presentation, and the showcasing of the ingredients.

The menu is overseen by Executive Chef Graham Hood. Graham Hood is a rising star in Quebec, with experience gained at renowned establishments such as Brontë and St-James in Montreal, as well as the Michelin-starred restaurants Alinea (Chicago) and Cyrus (Sonoma County).
