Super concept! La qualité de la viande & les choix étais excellent. Les portions était parfaite puisque nous avions 4 choix de viande plus légumes! Nous allons revenir :)

L'idée cooking table est vraiment chouette
Les points que je retravaillerais

1- le service, malgré le fait que nous étions 2 couples dans le restaurant le service étais très long, étonnant puisqu'il n'y a aucune cuisson à faire seulement une préparation de plats

De plus nous avions commandé un extra & finalement avons du annuler puisque nous avons attendu 20 mins & que l'envie n'étais plus là

2- les portions sont minuscules, je comprends que le but est de recommander des portions mais c'est vraiment un « tease » pour 45$ vous avez pas grand chose

L'intention est là, le concept est cool mais on est sorti de la sur notre faim & pourtant nous sommes rester 2h…

Très bon épais mais nous étions 8 dans le restaurant & il faisait très froid ce qui a vraiment incommodé notre soirée

il n'y avait pas de sel, poivre sur les tables, on ne nous en a pas offert, pas offert de pain. l'ensemble des plats étaient à peine tiède. je m'attendais à plus pour un restaurant de cette game.

Romantique & delicieux à souhait !!
Ravissement pour les yeux : Environnement nature à l'arrivée, décor champêtre-chic. Ravissement pour les oreilles: piano-jazz suave d'un volume parfait, rare combinaison entre un "apportez votre vin" & tranquillité. Ravissement pour les papilles: fine cuisine française relevée, pain & assiettes chauffées.
Deux points à améliorer selon nous pour l'obtention d'une note parfaite : -monter le chauffage bien avant l'arrivée des clients ( j'ai passé la moitié du souper avec mon manteau d'hiver sur le dos ). -L'accueil & le service ( même personne) aussi mériterait quelques degrés supplémentaires de chaleur humaine, ou du moins offrir un visage plus souriant.
