Well, it was the 3rd time we went there & i personally was negatively surprised about the appearance of the outside, no cleaning up done since a while & the inside, we had a place near the window, about 6-7 dead insects & dust, not clean windows. However, the soup was good, the entrance was supposed to be snails with garlic, usually warm served, was cold & no garlic at all, basic spices like pepper & salt were missing, my wife was also missing spice to her seefood. Main dish was a fish with shrimp & vegetables. The shrimp were too rare & the fish overcooked & all without any spice again, the main dish of my wife was good for the porc but also spice missing. the dessert was ok. the Waiter was a kind of annoying with special comments. All in all, sad to see this good place going down like this, but it is what it is, for the high price they ask, the quality & taste have to be very good what isnt the case anymore.
Mets délicieux du début à la fin du repas. Originalité des goûts & de présentation. Produits frais. Belle expérience gastronomique! Serveur sympathique & professionnel. Service dans une ambiance détendue favorisant l'intimité des convives. Bravo ! Nous reviendrons.
Restaurant cuisine française. Belle endroit parfait pour un souper romantique ou un souper tranquille & relax dans un ambience "classy". Le prix est bon pour la qualité de la nourriture. C'est un apportez votre vin ce qui est parfait. Certaine chose pourrait être amélioré. Le menu pourrait offrir plus de choix. Les accompagnements dans l'assiette pourraient être travaillés mais globalement je recommande cet endroit vous ne serez pas déçu.

Last night, my BF & I were celebrating our 4 years together. We decided to treat ourselves by going to this French fine cuisine restaurant. We really enjoyed our experience there. We loved the fact that it's a "Bring your own wine" restaurant. We were saving a bottle of champagne 🥂 & an expensive wine 🍷 for that special occasion. The service was impeccable: our waiter was very pleasant, kind & chatty. He was always making sure that we didn't need anything more. The food was exquisite, well presented & super tasty! The biggest culinary surprise of this night was my main meal, I ordered a rack of lamb. The portion was very generous & it was THE most tender lamb I have ever eaten. The waiter told us that he was getting is lamb locally from a place in Knowlton. I would highly recommend having lamb if you go to this restaurant, I can assure you that you won't regret it!
