About

Restaurant Kim Jian provides a selection of traditional Asian preparations characterized by intense aromatics and layered seasonings. The menu highlights a variety of flavorful soups simmered for extended periods to extract deep, restorative qualities from fresh vegetables and tender cuts of meat. Sizzling grill stations prepare proteins to achieve a delicate balance between crispy, charred exteriors and succulent, tender interiors. Each bowl arrives with vibrant garnishes that offer a sharp, herbaceous contrast to the rich broths. The kitchen utilizes balanced heat to toast spices and sear ingredients, creating complex profiles that linger on the palate. Every plate relies on straightforward preparation methods that prioritize the inherent characteristics of raw components. These thoughtful combinations ensure that every bite delivers a consistent experience rooted in authentic, bold flavors.

Ordered the 80. Riz Frit Au Poulet Avec Poulet Général Tao & the 108. Poulet General Tao for delivery. Straight out of the bag everything smelled normal, the heat & the sauce cover it up. It was only once the food cooled down that a STRONG AMMONIA/URINE smell came through on the chicken in both dishes. That's a spoilage smell, & once you catch it you can't unsmell it.

I threw both out rather than risk it. Be careful ordering chicken here, & if something smells off after it cools, don't eat it.
