Kampot Restaurant is a family business offering Boisbriand a taste of Southeast Asia. The idea of Kampot restaurant is rooted in our mother's cooking as her way of showing her love.

Le Restaurant Kampot est une bonne adresse pour de la cuisine d'Asie du Sud-Est. L'ambiance est cozy & accueillante, parfaite pour un repas décontracté. Leur utilisation de vrais grains de poivre de Kampot du Cambodge ajoute une petite touche unique aux plats, avec des saveurs subtiles mais distinctes. J'ai eu la chance de jaser avec l'un des co-propriétaires, qui m'a dit que leur pâte de curry est faite maison-& ça paraît vraiment. Le curry Penang en est un bon exemple : crémeux, avec du boeuf tendre & une chaleur douce qui vient de la pâte de curry maison. Le boeuf Lok Lak vaut aussi le détour, avec des cubes de boeuf dans une sauce riche, servi avec du riz frit à la tomate & un oeuf au plat. Simple, mais bien réussi. Si vous voulez essayer une version asiatique d'un Old Fashioned, le cocktail Siam Samurai est un excellent choix. C'est une création originale & bien équilibrée. Ils ont aussi une bonne sélection de vins importés. Le service est friendly & efficace, & on voit qu'ils font attention à la qualité des ingrédients-ce qui justifie bien le prix. En gros, c'est une adresse fiable pour des plats savoureux & authentiques, sans être trop prétentieux. Ça vaut le coup d'essayer si vous passez dans le coin.View more

Un incontournable à Boisbriand ! Je suis complètement fan du restaurant Kampot! La salade Mont Yen est tout simplement TROP BONNE, pleine de saveurs & de fraîcheur. Les rouleaux impériaux sont croustillants & délicieux, & la soupe Tom Yum est parfaitement épicée, un vrai régal. Tout ce que j'ai goûté était excellent, avec des ingrédients de qualité & une belle présentation. Le service est toujours courtois & attentionné. Si vous cherchez un endroit pour découvrir des saveurs thaïes & asiatiques authentiques, avec une belle ambiance, Kampot est l'adresse idéale. Je recommande sans hésiter!View more

Le cari panang au boeuf était délicieux! Pour avoir visiter la Thaïlande, c'était aussi bon! Les propriétaires sont originaires du Cambodge & cuisine la recette traditionnelle, alors ça l'explique pourquoi c'est aussi bon. La serveuse était vraiment sympathique aussi, un vent de fraîcheur! Definitely will return when I'm visiting :) I loved the touches of decor, pictures, & plants that immediately transported me to southeast Asia. We were greeted by attentive & friendly staff who provided great recommendations that did not disappoint. Everything looked delicious so we all shared! Everything had amazing flavor, depth, & texture - I couldn't decide what was my favorite. & I have to add - the drinks are so unique & delicious, you have to try them! Drinks: Le Mekong Mojito - my first time having a drink with pandan & it was insanely good! Definitely a favorite. Tamarind sour - so smooth & flavorful, a great twist on the whisky sour. Mango sticky rice - tropical, fun, & delicious. Appetizers: Imperial rolls - perfectly crunchy, balanced flavors. Chicken satay - tender & juicy. Beef satay - tender, yummy marinade, went well with the dip. Courses: Pad Seew - perfectly stir-fried (noodles had the perfect texture) with the right amount of sauce & flavor was on point. Ramen alla marsala - wow, first time having a ramen like this & I enjoyed it! Beef lok lak - the beef was super tender & mixing everything together created a symphony of amazing flavors. Beef panang curry: the beef here was also super tender & the curry had so much depth to it, I could drink it all day! Overall, I would recommend :)View more

This place offers a unique take on their style of cuisine. The food was really good & drinks as well. The service was a little on the poor side, even with the restaurant not being that busy. Had empty drinks sit on the table throughout the whole meal. Would have rated higher if the overall experience was better.View more

Kampot has some of the best food I have ever had, period. Every dish has incredible flavour & beautiful colour; you can feel the love put into it!
