La nourriture était excellente mais le service & tempo de livraison des plats très décevant. La plupart incluant l'entrée sont arrivés très (trop) vite. Le dernier plat beaucoup plus tard & un rouleau avait été oublié & est arrivé très long après que nous avions fini. Le choix de dessert pas très intéressant.
Mon collègue & moi ont commandé un pho. On a trouvé la quantité de nouille était pour un enfant & pas pour un adulte. De plus, le fait d'avoir le bol déjà mélangé avec la soupe un peu froid nous a fait penser au bol restant qui a été servi.
The food was both too oily & lacked flavour. The quality has gone down since I've been to Ha last some months ago. The fire alarm went off, & the entire room was full of smoke, & we were told "this is normal". The ambiance was nice other than this event, & our waitress was very polite. Though I feel Ha did better before in both food & service.
La serveuse d'hier soir était sympathique,drôle attentionnée professionnelle ! Vraiment excellent & j'amenais des gens pour la première fois chez vous ils ont adoré l'expérience un gros merci !!
Très bel endroit ! Belle ambiance ! Nous avons été très bien accueillis ! Le personnel est au petit soin surtout quand tu as des allergies, merci ☺️ La cuisine ! Excellente !
Très bons plats & service amical & efficace. Le seul point négatif, la musique était un peu forte aux oreilles de ma fille, ce qui n'était pas faux, mais c'est une belle découverte & nous y retournerons assurément!

Ha toujpurs aussi winner pour ambiance , sourires viet & bar en bas pour marins échoués à Montréal ... le service a oublié mes banmi & c'était froid & pas de calibre avec les délices en entrées . A enlever du menu & remettre la salade de tofu grillées . Gros succès ma date avec Hà . J'ai scoré Ha Hà Hà

I want to rate the overall experience as a five star rating because the food from the chef & drinks from the bartender is off the chart delicious but the hostess was not giving us good vibes. Maybe she was having a bad day but it rubbed us the wrong way. Our waitress seemed to be carrying too many tables so she wasn't able to give us the attention because her time was limited.
