Wednesday March 13th 19-21h. Food quality was stellar. Service was excellent but quite slow, with waits of at least 30 minutes between each dish. Atmosphere was correct for a full-house night but the wait unforgivable considering the restaurant's chic. After 2 hours for 4 servings, I got up my chair, paid & left.
Expérience de menu de groupe pour un anniversaire, comme toujours, plats savoureux cependant, difficile de partager un pad thai à 3-4 personnes. Il aurait été bien de servir des assiettes pour 2 au lieu de 3 car nous étions 8 à la table pour 3 plats, pas évident à partager. Cocktails divins autant côté resto qu'au Nhau Bar. Service ultra attentionné & sympathique, ambiance wow.

Ça vaut la peine de se rendre jusqu'au dessert. La crème glacée du moment en vaut la peine, même si c'est à la vanille. Les cocktails sont toujours bons. On a seulement pris un cocktail & un dessert, c'est un nice vibe pour une date. J'ai déjà mangé les brocolis une fois précédente, & c'est très umami. L'ambiance en vaut la peine, mais soyez prêts à prendre votre temps, le service n'est pas précipité.
Comme toujours, la finesse des plats est au rendez-vous ! Suggestion : un peu plus de lumière pour pouvoir lire les menus ? (Nous n'avons plus l'oeil acéré de la jeunesse...)
J'ai adoré retourner au HÀ ... belle ambiance feutrée (parfait pour sorties en couple ou entre ami.es), très belle cuisine d'inspiration thai & laotienne (jai adoré les satay de poulet & le pad thai au tofu croustillant), belle sélection de vins. Nous avons passé une très belle soirée.
I've been wanting to try this place for a while &, frankly, was underwhelmed by what they had to offer. I had the AAA beef pho with the chai mocktail & the quencher. The broth was great. It had a sweet flavor, & the beef was very tender & delicious. However, I felt that it wasn't that different from other pho places that I've tried. The mocktails were creative & had interesting flavors. The atmosphere was probably the best thing along with the beef. They played many bangers with dimmed lights, & the bar was stunning. Overall, it was a nice date place, but definitely on the pricier side.
Excellent food. Lots of savory & complex sauces. Not too hot, just a bit of warm zing, perfect for me, but maybe at the high tolerable level for those who support very little hotness. We tried the roasted cauliflower, the vegan pad thaï, the Coco Tom Yum soup, the grilled Hokkaido scallops, the Mister Ha salmon, & all were delicious. We also tried the green papaya salad, but it was without sauce & we were told later that that would have been an error during the preparation. The papaya was fresh as far as we could tell. Excellent service. My diner companion was offered to taste the wine before getting a glass, & the waitress made her try a second one when the first one was not to her taste. My companion was very happy with the second one. I tried a dark Japanese beer that was very good, as dark as molasses, a bit sweet with a coffee after taste. I loved it. Everyone is friendly & helpfull. Don't hesitate to ask questions. Don't look at the entrance to make up your mind, the dining room is upstairs & relatively small & cozy. We went a Saturday evening & we could talk at normal level with the room full. I kept the business card & I recommend it. 😊

Ce restaurant est définitivement mon restaurant préféré pour le lunch. Excellente nourriture, bonne sélection de vin, excellentes recommendations de la part du personnel, très bon service, bonne ambiance, etc.
