On a appelé 30 min avant la fermeture & heureusement, le Mr a été très gentil de nous recevoir. Sur place, l'ambiance & le décor était vraiment agréable. Le resto est très bien situé dans la belle ville. Pour la bouffe, meilleure bavette. Ça fond en bouche. On a aussi essayé le kangourou, très bonne découverte. Les légumes étaient très bien apprêtées. Première expérience au Fougasse , que de bon mots , bonne ambiance , filet mignon parfait avec une sauce au poivre , beaucoup de sortes d'alcool excellent pour party. Malgré 1 hrs de route ça vaux le détour. Merci pour l excellent service.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this location! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed & taken care of - the staff were friendly, attentive, & genuinely enthusiastic. The ambiance is inviting: a perfect blend of comfort & style, making it easy to relax & enjoy every moment.
The facilities were spotless & thoughtfully designed. Everything felt fresh & well-maintained, which really elevated the overall experience. I particularly appreciated how smoothly everything ran - no waits, no hiccups, just smooth, enjoyable service.
What stood out most was the attention to detail. Whether it was the little extras that made me feel truly valued, the knowledgeable staff who were happy to assist with any question, or the atmosphere that hit just the right tone - everything came together beautifully.
I will absolutely be returning & would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-quality experience. Five stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent service done by Emilie, she was amazing. We had the Table d'Hôte for 2. Cesar salad was good (oil based vinaigrette, not our preference but still good) & the onion soup was excellent. Main course of grilled salmon was cooked to perfection & great sides. We also had the gnocchi, but that evening it was not to par (bland, missing lots of sausage, underwhelming). According to the waitress, we weren't the only ones not impressed with the plate. They offered a few dollars off ($6) of a $140 tab.
That accompanied wine (red) was pretty good (Canto de Casa).
J'y suis aller pour mon anniversaire, l'ambiance était parfaite, la nouriture excellente, le tout était parfait ! Je suggérais seulement au restaurant de changer leur chandelle d'anniversaire car les tisson on était sur moi & on brûler ma robe & mes cuisse 😅. Mais sinon je recommande fortement d'y aller 😊.
Délicieux !! J'y suis aller pour un petit souper de fin soirée avec mon amoureux de 8ans (mon fils) & on a vraiment aimer l'ambiance,la petite lampe sur la table,napkin en tissu,petit pain chaud servie .. & nos assiettes étaient excellentes !! Je le recommande mais prenez note que ca coute plus cher qu un restau basic ordinaire,mais ca en vaut la peine!!

Quelque visites antérieures à ce restaurant pour le lunch. Présentation vraiment à travailler, filet de doré peu appétissant & sec, avec une tonne d'amandes en bâtonnets (beaucoup trop), légumes mous & décolorés....le tartare de thon était bien, mais les croutons ouffff du pain mou & des chips....les frites très bonnes par contre. Pour dessert une tarte aux fruits avec un mélange de fruits en conserve pour tartes.....donc, certains ajustements nécessaires.....le prix est doux mais j'aurais aimé payer plus cher pour plus de raffinement.
Soirée entre amis, service impeccable vraiment wow 🤩, nourriture extraordinaire, ambiance joviale, conseillère en vin merciiii pour tout & aussi merci Audrey quel excellent service. Merci encore à tous
