I am incredibly disappointed with my experience at Emilia in Brossard. I placed a $70 order, & after waiting an agonizing two hours, the chicken finally arrived-only to be completely burnt & bone-dry.

When I called the restaurant to request a replacement, the customer service was abysmal. The staff member I spoke with was dismissive & claimed there was nothing they could do to fix the issue. To pay $70 for such incompetence & then be refused a refund or a fresh meal is unacceptable. Save your money & avoid this place; I would give them zero stars if I could.

I ordered chicken at Emilia restaurant; it arrived burnt & dry, two hours after I placed the order. Our experience at Emilia in Brossard was bitter & highly unpleasant. I called the restaurant to complain & asked for a fresh replacement, but the person who assisted me provided terrible service, stating that there was nothing they could do. It is truly regrettable that after spending $70.00, this incompetent restaurant did not bother to refund my money or replace the order. I rate Emilia 0 stars & strongly suggest that other consumers avoid purchasing from them.

Not worth to go & eat at this place there services & staff are not pleasant to deal with. The owner of this restaurant needs to train his staff in giving better service when something goes wrong in the order made i was a loyal customer. I will no longer be purchasing any food from this place besides the fact that there chicken has become to dry & seems a bit salty!!!

Ordered for delivery. Astonished by the size vs price ratio for a chicken Cesar Salad, super disappointing. & they didn't even include dressing. Fries underwhelming & soggy. Save your $

Great Portuguese chicken, spicey rice, & fries. Poutine was a blast! The portions are nice & the price, affordable. Tasty, savoury & appetizing!

I really enjoyed the flavor of the chicken & rice, & especially the sauces. In my opinion, the chicken was cooked to perfection.
For dessert, we ordered « natas o natillas « & loved it-a delicious sweet flavor. I'd also like to comment on the customer service; I was very satisfied with the attention & it was completely to my liking. I would definitely like to try the other options they have on the menu.

Had the half chicken, generous portion but I had it with the mild sauce & I frel like the chicken lacked in flavour, saltiness & punch. Overall it's good.

I tried the La Tia Graça chicken sandwich at Emilia & it was absolutely delicious! The bread was fresh, the chicken juicy & well-seasoned, & the flavors came together perfectly. It's simple yet full of authentic Portuguese taste.

The staff were friendly & welcoming, & the atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy & inviting. It really felt like a little piece of Portugal in the city.

If you're looking for authentic Portuguese comfort food, I highly recommend Amelia - especially the La Tia Graça sandwich!
