Esperamos 1h30 para recibir nuestra comida. Ordenamos una jalea y solo recibimos los mariscos. Le dijimos al mesero que faltaban las yucas. Pues nunca llegaron. También ordenamos café y nos dijeron después de mas de una hora que se había acabado el café. Al final, nos dieron un descuento de 6$ para disculparse. Pésima experiencia.

I've rarely had a worse dining experience. We ordered the family combo, but everything felt like day-old leftovers; the Peruvian chicken & fries were clearly just reheated & served lukewarm. To make matters worse, the timing was absurd… they brought the fries & salad out, & we sat staring at them for 10 minutes before the chicken finally arrived.

The service was the final straw. Despite the menu stating the combo included a beverage, the waiter tried to sneak an extra charge onto our bill. I literally had to point to the menu to prove him wrong, & he just offered a weak excuse. For these prices, the quality is really bad. I won't be back.

Repas pauvre en qualité pour le prix. Poulet semble de la veille, trop cuit.
Service aux tables manque de soin. (Pas d'ustensile, demander de nettoyer la table, pas de demande à comment on trouve le repas) Je donne 1 étoiles de plus pour l'intérêt du jeune homme à s'être intéressé à mon avis & vouloir s'améliorer. Je ne donnerais malheureusement pas de 3e chance pour une autre occasion :(
Bref j'espère que le commentaire aura aider sinon bonne continuité !

How often do you walk into a new place & it instantly becomes your must-go spot? 😍 This restaurant completely surprised me - the food is easily ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ quality, & when you factor in the price, it deserves even more stars! ✨

I came in not even that hungry, just looking for a small bite & a beer 🍺. Then the pork sandwich caught my eye… & wow 🤩 it blew me away! The portion is huge - thick, juicy pork full of flavor, served on bread that tastes like it just came straight out of the oven 🍞. On top of that, the plate comes with crispy fries 🍟, a fresh salad 🥗, & even an extra piece of that delicious bread - all for only $18!! Unbelievable value 💯.

I heard their roasted chicken 🍗 is actually the signature dish, & after seeing other people order it, I have to come back for that. If you're looking for food that's generous, flavorful, & truly satisfying, this is the spot! Highly recommend 😋👏

Une très bonne portion, rien de spectaculaire, le goût était acceptable & le prix très raisonnable. Un sandwich au chicharrón avec frites & salade à 18 $ aurait largement suffi pour deux personnes, mais je ne l'ai pas terminé.

Las papas que vienen con el pollo a la braza, vienen con cascara y es mal visto..... Nuevamente fui al restaurant'El Gallo' y verdaderamente horrible las papas fritas, estan de la misma forma y estan malogradas, las frien y les dan a los comensales y a la clientela que hacen pedidos con anticipacion, SERVICIO A LA CLIENTELA DEBERIA TOMAR EN SERIO Y VERIFICAR TODOS LOS RESTAURANTE EN LA RUE ST.HUBERT.
