This used to be my go-to place a couple of years ago. Back then, they served amazing tandoori champ & delicious chaat. Unfortunately, after my recent visit, I had the worst champ I've ever eaten. The chaat was disappointing as well-it was mostly very thin curd with a sprinkle of papdi, with no potatoes or chole. I even had to ask for extra chutney.

The experience was so bad that I ended up throwing all the champ in the bin. I'm really disappointed because it seems like the management or the cooks have changed. Sadly, it's just not the same place anymore.

Horrible experience!! The have eaten from this place since 2021 the same item noodles combo bt this time when i tried trusting quality it was really really disappointing I was coming from Ontario & i trusted this place so placed order for pickup aa it was already 10:40 & all restaurants were closed, but tthe food i got was totally worst i lost my trust at this place. Food quality:00 Manchurian balls we're literally undercooked & noodles were so much dry, & there was girl taking orders on 13th june when this happened, really bad experience

The food which I got from your restaurant was disgusting. The pani puri, pani was gone bad & tasted acidic & fizzy & the aloo filling was spoiled. & the samosa chat was not edible when i order a samosa chat anywhere it comes with channa but the staff a she told me it doesn't with channa anywhere & the quantity was 1 cold half cooked somasa & the price was 6$. When my girlfriend raised the concern the person who took the order was rude when my girlfriend asked her to drink pani which was served she started telling just a customer ate pani puri they didn't tell this so what i am telling you when i am paying for the food i expect a good food not this bad food. This is not my first time eating indian food. I ate my all life & have some shame guys by serving this disgusting food. If I get sick because of this I am going to sue you guys for sure. Note if you give refund that doesn't make you good right the food was bad that why I had to react & nothing we spoke was not respectful towards your staff. You didn't prepare the food according to the standard. If you didn't prepare the food well I will say you didn't. Where ever you go If I order samosa chat they will give it with channa, it's basic everywhere if you prepare differently please put next to the menu what is included in the dish. We didn't consume the food after taking the bite of pani puri we went & confronted the staff. Can you please provide your number i want to talk with you. By showing positive reply from your side doesn't make you right. Its the customer who has to tell you, you did good or not.

Very disappointed with the food quality. The samosa chaat did not even have channa in it, which is a basic part of the dish. The pani puri was even worse - the potato filling tasted spoiled & the pani was not good at all. The food quality & freshness were extremely poor.

On top of that, the employee completely misread the situation instead of properly addressing the concern. However, I do appreciate that the owner handled the matter professionally & processed a refund. Still, the overall experience was very disappointing & needs serious improvement.

Food is delicious perfect blend of spices & customer service is top notch i asked the lady at the front about several items & what are its ingredients & she was just smiling & explaining without getting annoyed for asking several items she was nice & food was also perfect.
Will be back soon to try something new

I ordered a malai chaap. There is no malai in it & it smells bad.
Also, the customer service representative(female) is rude.
