I had a date night with my wife & decided to finally try Rasoi, which we've passed by many time & always thought we should try it. We finally did, & it was not a disappointment! The atmosphere is very welcoming, authentic, & comfortable. I ordered chicken Korma, not feeling brave enough for the Vindaloo, which takes some courage. The curry was the best Indian meal I have ever had, & I love Indian food & enjoy it frequently. The service was excellent, & the food amazing, we ended having a really nice date night, which we don't have frequently enough as we have kids. It will definitely recommend this restaurant to my friends!
Discovered "Rasoi" accidentally, & it turned out to be an absolute gem. The entire experience at Rasoi, from the ambiance to the food, decor, & music, was nothing short of amazing. The authenticity & the perfect balance of spiciness in Soya Malai Chaap, Dal Tadka, Cucumber Raita, & Gulab Jamun left a lasting impression on my taste buds.
However, what truly elevated our dining experience was the exceptional service provided by Hardik, the host at Rasoi. His recommendations were spot on, & his attentiveness made us feel truly valued as guests. Hardik is undoubtedly one of the best hosts I've had the pleasure of encountering in Montreal, & he is an invaluable asset to the restaurant.
Furthermore, Rasoi offers a private space for those special occasions & private parties, adding to its versatility. Even the restroom's decor reflects the attention to detail & commitment to creating a memorable atmosphere throughout the restaurant.
In summary, Rasoi is a hidden culinary gem in Montreal, & Hardik's exemplary service only enhances its allure. I highly recommend Rasoi for an authentic Indian dining experience & commend Hardik for his exceptional hospitality. This restaurant truly deserves a visit for a delightful & memorable experience.

I loved it! Great taste & experience, beautiful decor. Reasonable price as well. The service was fast. I highly recommend this place if you love authentic flavourful Indian food.

The service was excellent & decor is very nice. The food was delicious & very authentic Indian. The serving were large & well served. We were there to celebrate our friend’s birthday & the staff made it special.
First time at Rasoï & I must say the staff is very pleasant, they gave us Indian food amateurs great food suggestions . The food was OUTSTANDING! Great experience overall including the Beautiful & inviting decor . Will most definitely suggest this to others & we personally will return many more times 😊
We had a fabulous meal at Rasoi which is now under new management (family owned) since 7 months. The food is authentic Indian , portions are generous & there is a good choice of dishes. Very friendly staff, & nice atmosphere. I highly recommend it.
It is a nice indian restaurant in a great location. The food however is average, nothing too great about it. It is sure to satiate your Indian cuisine cravings! & overall a great service!

Delicious, elevated Indian food & wonderful staff...it's our 3rd visit & not been disapointed. One of my current favorite restaurants. We will be back.
We were not convinced by this fusion food restaurant. We found it to be an overrated, hyped place where portions are small & overpriced, the menu is more interesting than the taste & the music is too loud. It felt more like a bar-club then an Indian restaurant. Just not what we were after.
Best indian food in Montreal! New menu is very interesting &, most importantly : delicious! Waiter very helpful & professional. Love everything about the place =D
Great ambiance, great food & amazing service. All the dishes we took looked & tasted great. We will be definietly returning for more of this delicious Indian cuisine!

I recently celebrated my birthday at this new indian restaurant, I loved the decor, the food was good but nothing to rave about,one thing they lacked was a table d'hôte .Also a bit pricey.
My wife & I went for dinner on her birthday at this new Indian restaurant on rue Notre-Dame West, just west of Atwater & had an amazing experience. The decor is authentic Indian & a must see while the ambiance & the food were all amazing. We had the cod fish sticks as an entrée, the curry Kabob & the sizzling tandori chicken with the trimmings & it was more than we could handle so we asked for a take-out container.
We will definitly go back with friends ...
