I don't write reviews but I thought I would this time because the experience I had here yesterday I feel is becoming increasingly rare & deserves praise.
I ordered the chicken nachos (which are usually delicious) but this time they came tasting super off. To spare you guys my life story, I'm not usually the type of person to send things back, but these were really bad, so I forced myself to do so.
They were so nice about it, apologized profusely, asked me if I wanted something else off the menu (ordered the jalapeno poppers instead which were amazing), & then subtracted a player fee from the bill.
So yeah, 5 stars. (Board games were pretty fun too haha)
Marco is an EXCELLENT game master. He really made our night there special. I went with a group to celebrate a birthday, & he was so kind, funny, & thoughtful the whole night. He really did everything to make this experience an 11 out of 10 for us. THANK YOU MARCO!!!!
Marco made the experience unforgettable, he made us all feel so welcome & had great game suggestions for us. Will definitely come back just for him & his energy!

Zoë était vraiment très nice mais vous n'aviez pas de carottes pour mon hummus & Marin a besoin d'élargir un peu son vocabulaire (voir, «Grignotines» selon le Larousse; n-f, Au Québec, amuse-gueule. S'emploie surtout au pluriel).

On June 19 around 10 PM, we visited this place. Due to the summer heat, the temperature inside was extremely high, & there was no proper air conditioning, which made the experience quite uncomfortable. The service was also very disappointing. I waited for over 30 minutes to order my drink, but no one came to take my order. Eventually, I had to go to the counter to place it myself.
Even after that, the drink was only brought out after midnight-after we had asked for the bill. The staff member who served us (a bald guy with glasses) didn't even apologize for the delay, which made the experience even more frustrating.
That said, the game master was great-very helpful & professional. He made the gaming experience enjoyable despite the poor service overall.
I strongly suggest adding more staff & improving service, especially considering the prices being charged.

Vraiment superbe! Il ne manquait pas grand-chose au 5 étoiles. Bon service, employés agréables & une dynamique qui vaut le détour! Néanmoins, après plusieurs visites, 2 problèmes un peu gênant persistent :
Le 1er est le'chaos sonore' de l'endroit. La musique est déjà forte comme dans un club, mais la proximité des gens pour un espace si restreint indispose tout autant la circulation que la communication. J'imagine que cela peut dépendre du moment, mais un vendredi soir l'on doit crier pour se faire entendre. À chaque fois, si tôt la soirée terminée, chaque personne avait mal à la voix en quittant les lieux.
Le 2e problème est le service restreint à une petite poignée d'employés. Nous n'avons vu que 3 membres du personnel circuler à tous les étages afin de combler les demandes des clients. Le fait de n'avoir qu'une seule personne pour apportez, distribuer & expliquer les jeux par ailleurs & sur un fort achalandage n'est pas impossible, nous saluons d'ailleurs l'effort! Par contre cela occasionne des délais d'attente pour pouvoir jouer, ce qui pourrait être amélioré.
Malgré-tout, nous sommes reconnaissant de leur service. Le randolph est inscrit comme un lieu très interessant qui vaut le detour. Voici une occasion de tester des jeux divers & variés, de sortir de votre zone de confort & de passer un bons moment entre amis.

Super ambiance & concept original !
Le Randolph est un excellent endroit pour passer une soirée entre amis. L'ambiance est conviviale, les animateurs sont passionnés & savent bien expliquer les jeux. La carte des boissons est variée & les petites bouchées sont correctes.
Un lieu parfait pour découvrir de nouveaux jeux de société dans une atmosphère détendue. À refaire sans hésiter !
Endroit super plaisant. Les gens qui y travaillent sont super sympathiques & connaissent bien les jeux. Toutes les suggestions qu'ils nous ont faites étaient géniales. Nous avons passé une belle soirée !
Just had drinks but lots of games are really fun lots to choose from & the staff are great at explaining them, can be a little slow at peak times but everyone is working hard, we were there for 6 hours & it flew by!
Parfait pour jouer à tous les jeux, même si le molki n'était pas jouable directement dans le bar, mais seulement à vendre.
Possible de commander des boissons en roulant un gros dé pour remettre son sort à la chance.
Les serveurs doivent être prêts à recommander/deviner quels jeux est fait pour votre table ce qui reste un exercice pas si facile.
La nourriture est présente, mais rien d'exceptionnel. Les quantités & la qualité sont biens, mais pas le centre de l'attention.
J'y retournerais plusieurs fois sans hésiter.
L'intérieur est quand même spacieux, & le niveau de bruit n'est pas trop fort pour un endroit où les tables alentour jouent.
