Very disappointing service. I ordered just one burger & it took over 45 minutes to prepare. That's an unreasonable amount of time for such a simple order. No proper update or explanation for the delay either. Really frustrating experience & definitely not the kind of service I expected.

The Ram sweets sometimes provides good service, but it happened many times that despite telling to let us know if the teas are going to take time or not in advance so that we can decide if we have time to wait, they still don't inform us. Also, there have been incidences where they provided the wrong order or that that they give more amount so that they can charge us more.
