Le gelato est bon mais mauvais service. J'ai vu une dame tomber avec son gelato sur place parce que quelqu'un avait échappé de la crème glacée. J'ai aviser le personnel il m'ont regardé, écouté & rien fait. La dame en question s'est mise a nettoyer avec des napkins. C'est même a elle de le faire

Très mauvaise expérience , l'employé avec les cheuveux blond qui m'a servie ce mercredi 1 juillet .Très désagréable me demande de me dépêcher & de commander rapidement alors qu'il n'y avait que 2 personne dans la crémerie.Mauvais service à la cliente

My teenage sons went to Radikal Dezzertz
West Island with a few Friends. The place was only 1/2 full & there were plenty of tables available. Three out of five ordered dessert but they had just gone for dinner & my kids were just too full.
They were approached & told if they don't order something they will have to leave the premises as they are taking up space that other clients could use. They were told to either order or leave. The entire table stood up, left their desserts & walked out..

Very low personnel on Sunday 07 Jun26 p
at 16h30. Just 1 person to attend many people, we have to wait like 10 min. To buy a cone. Really bad! They must have at least 2 people to attend. But ice cream was really good, we try, mango, chocolat & rhum raising really good. I wish they can improve the service as they have a great product.
