I was there with a friend a few days ago & something must have happened internally. As much as the quality of service before matched that of the food, as much as the service for the terrace was inattentive this time & below par. It was not overly busy, so that was not the reason. I had to get our toast myself after 15 minutes, while our eggs were getting cold, & I had to ask 3x for a coffee refill. Syrop never came either. It was really mind boggling, & I am still puzzled by it. I hope this was an isolated incident.
The young girl with no experience gave no coffee refill nor water what the hell is this breakfast joint. If you want total satisfaction from your regular customer make sure you offer a good service at least…. ✋🙄 GAME OVER!!!
Well i had a very bad experience this morning :(
I ordered two plates for me & my friend, mine got messed up & what got me angry is that it got messed up yesterday also the same plate! So I lost my appetite & canceled my plate didn't take one bite !! So I said I'll just have the coffee thank you.
5 minutes later the waiter tells me sorry for the mixed up we apologize so everything is clear the the food is on us.
So I said thank you & was very grateful & left a nice review on the spot & told him about it.WHEN, we left i was driving away, the waiter was running after me & told me I forgot to pay.i was so confused & so was my friend because we clearly understood that everything was taking care of but apparently it was only my plate! Dah of course I wasn't going to pay for something I didn't consume at all not even one dam bite!. So I went back in & payed & it's the last time im going back in sorry . coco loco down the street would have never done that so disappointed. & I was a regular costumer there on top of that :(

We went to this restaurant, & it has a nice atmosphere. The design inside is good, not bad at all. Miguel was really nice; he gave us great service with a smile. However, the food quality wasn't amazing. We ordered crepes, & they didn't have any filling like the picture showed. The crepe was kind of messy; the fruit was just mixed inside, instead of being on top as shown. Also, the coffee was really bad-just a bland coffee, more like water than actual coffee. We did have poutine as well, & that was pretty good-not bad at all-but the portion was really big, way too much for one person. So, I didn't really like the food quality overall, but the staff were really nice, & I was happy with the service.
The food was delicious, eggs fried just right, so were the sausages & bacon. The pancakes were the best I've had in the area, served with maple & not fake syrup.
I would've liked the potatoes to have a bit more seasoning, but was still happy with them.
Didn't have to wait long to be seated on a Sunday morning. However, took a little longer to get served which is fine again as we weren't the only people there. Waitresses were friendly & efficient, water & coffee topped up throughout.
Overall a really positive experience, would definitely recommend!
Allergy friendly, big menu. They have almond milk & oat milk as alternate milks & hot & cold coffee, tea & matcha options. Great service, & good smoothies.
This is my first time at this place & I can say I was very pleased, the food was good the potatoes are the best! & also I had a good service, our coffee was refilled often & the waitress was constantly attentive with us, the food was in a good portion & the price was ok not cheap & not too expensive, I would come back here anytime & I recommend this place, I like family run places & this is a very good place to have breakfast with the family.

No pictures for this one, but for sure will do next time because I actually got something boring, club matin, I love breakfast sandwiches, I swear restaurants need to come up with more ideas for breakfast sandwiches. Anyways, atmosphere is impressive. Very clean, the tables are solid, & the seats are comfortable. Coffee is so so, not strong enough for tasting. The presentation of the plates are great. Alot of food for the price I would think. But I big plus for me actually was the service. Laura was amazing. Top of her game. Hopefully I get seated again in her section. 👍🏻
