We have been coming for years already, & always when this senior service guy is serving, there is a bad ambiance & really poor customer service experience, he is always trying to rush up the process & reducing portions.

We love this food & have been visiting many other franchises where we didn't have this kind of experience.

The food is good, but coming on business hours when this senior guy is serving would not be recommended for anyone.
