This was originally a 1 start review, basically a new employee got our order very wrong.

We called & they offered us either a refund or two free meals to replace the ones they messed up.

Mistakes happen, & their customer service was excellent!

It's ok. I find it a little on the expensive side & while the meal is good, it lacks a little'pazzas', as in flavourful.

My one complaint is the beige queso sauce that is served with the chips... it's basically lacking any flavor of cheese. A restaurant quality queso should be better than store bought but I'd much rather have a jar of tostitos queso than ever order this again. I also ordered the burrito which was mostly rice & beans... very little meat in it but at least it was better.

Fantastic service, always courteous & impressively mindful. It's to the point where they recognize me for the mobile orders & hand off the bag as I approach the counter (particularly on Fridays)! Generous portions & tasty

We had great, fully loaded, delicious, large burritos created & served to us. The location was very clean & well maintained with a client based self-serve soda fountain station for those who may be thirsty - I liked this ability to load up my cup without restrictions.

Disappointing portions. I usually get a large & today I decided to get the XL "big ass" burrito because I felt last time was too small. It turns out i paid $20 for 1 single burrito that was the same size as a large, only way more tortilla. I got the same half scoop of cheese, almost no guac (an inch-long smear on a 14 inch tortilla) & same portion of meat. Whats the point of paying so much more just for double the tortilla This was my last visit.
