The vegetarian bowl was made extremely spicy because of the sauces added to it, making it difficult to eat. I'm not sure why my request wasn't understood. The communication & customer service were very poor. Unfortunately, not a good experience.

the food was the only reason i took a star off, the service was quick & friendly & there was no wait time at all. it's just that i find that this location of Quesada lacked flavour compared to the others i've tried. i always get the same thing in my burrito when i go & this time i found it to be different & not quite to my liking, other than that, everything else was exceptional

DONT DO IT! Ordered food from here for the 1st time using Uber eats (Pointe-Claire). Was absolute garbage. My wife ordered the chicken macros salad bowl...was supposed to be grilled but was just tiny frozen cubes of processed meat similar to the rubbery stuff found in Subway Sandwhich chicken subs....& obviously just pulled out of the freezer & tossed on. The salad was a watery mess & mixed together through the rice. No taste whatsoever. She couldn't even eat it. Went straight to the trash. I was disappointed too... soggy tacos. I was so upset! We work hard for our money & this is unacceptable food quality. So if you're on the fence just DONT. I can honestly say Taco Bell is a 5 star Michelin restaurant next to this 😔

Tried this place close to five years ago & didn't like it. Tried it today & it was amazing.

This is the best Quesada franchise I have visited so far. The manager/owner there & the employees are always nice with us. The portions are really good, the flavor is good, & the whole experience is good
