I enjooyed Quesada elsewhere before.The reception & demeanor of the manager here could be described as a blend of nonchalant & beligerant. The food was rushed & not substantial, under toasted on the press too. I don't blame the young man at all. My family owned a chain of restaurants & I recognized that the employee wasn't well trained & obviously nervous around his boss. Stongly doubt they will succeed here if they don't shape up. I don't demand anything. I expect value & courtesy. Patience is a plus too! Adios ..
