Fantastic customer service The employees were kind, patient & attentive. My order was prepared quickly & tasted amazing. The atmosphere was pleasant & welcoming. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat

Great experience every time I visit. The food is always fresh & flavorful & the team is friendly & professional. The restaurant is clean, & the service is quick. Definitely worth visiting if you're looking for a tasty meal.

Love that it's open very late but the service was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. You guys seriously need to change your staff. After being in the restaurant for TEN minutes without being acknowledged once is absolutely insane. The 2 people working were the most unfriendly & unprofessional & also left the station extremely dirty. The meat & rice were clearly old & they put freshly cooked rice over the old dry leftovers instead of emptying it….out to laziness. There was different veggies spilling into each other because they couldn't be bothered to take a rag & wipe it down which leads to cross contamination. If a health inspector would've walked in, they would've shut the place down. I was served old stale chips because they leave the bags open. To be charged 7$ for old chips & tasteless guac that is mixed with cheese & lettuce ect is insane. I asked to have fresh chips & was told'they're supposed to be like that'. I can't even explain how many things were wrong with the way these employees worked. Also the burrito was awful, was 90% rice & soggy.

I ordered from ubereats & did not want rice in my burritos. I bought two & they both have rice in them, totally ruining the taste. Ubereats refunded me $1.48 & I don't even want these burritos now. I used to work for quesada & it's insanely easy to follow the instructions on an ubereats order. I wasted $33 plus tip on this shit. Also there's barely any meat & I spent extra for extra cheese & there's barely any either.

J'ai commandé ce soir 22h25 2 burritos classique boeuf barbacoa. Jai reçu ma commande SANS BOEUF!! Aucune viande n'a été ajouté à mes 2 burritos, imaginez la déception, quand on paie un extra pour boeuf, & que ca arrive sans viande... 30$ pour 2 burritos aux haricots noirs... vous avez vraiment gâché ma soirée.

Everytime I order on doordash I add extra meat to my bowl because I want protein, I've yet to ever receive it. It always comes with a measly little scoop & I'm paying $4 more for nothing, stop ripping off your customers, do you see any extra meat??? THERES HARDLY ANY.
