I have been going to this place for the past 25 years. Its a family owned restaurant with very dedicated owners. We were 6 couples last night & booked a table for 12. The restaurant is usually fully booked during Friday & Saturday nights & last night was jam packed as in addition to being a Saturday night, it was also Yalda (festival celebrating the winter solstice). I noticed an extra 2 waitresses which I presume the owner brought in to compensate for the packed house. I think that is why I didn't notice a delay in their service (now one has to realize that this not a fast food place so expecting quick services as in fast food joints is just not reasonable). The entree, main course & dessert with tea, all came during normal wait time. After dessert, the small area in front of their kitchen was turned into a small dance floor & people were dancing until about 11:00 o'clock, after which we left. The bill for myself & my wife came to about $70-80, which I think is very reasonable for the service, food & pleasant atmosphere.
Good food & friendly staffs. I noticed 12 customers ordered only 6 meals & wrote bad reviews. My family & our friends come here often since 1990. The restaurant was fully booked tonight.
Very good atmosphere, friendly staff, generous portions. Scrumptious food, very good service & best place for gatherings. Bring your own wine & spend fun time with friends & family. Totally recommend
My Significant Other & I went last night to Quartier Pers Restaurant. Since we were seated, we were greeted by an amazing staff, friendly service, & the food was very good.
We met the owner when we paid for our bill & we felt she was very down to earth & a very kind-hearted person who cared for the community.
The restaurant has been around for just less than 30 years nestled in the same location. It is very convenient for thoise who take public transportation. It is literally a 2 minute walk from the Villa Maria metro on the STM Orange Line. Parking was a little difficult although we did manage to find parking.
If there were any recommendations, it would be great if the restaurant also offered more Vegan options (not to be mixed up with Vegetarian options) for both their meals & dessert(s).
Another recommendation I would like to make would be to have their website updated & working. When I clicked on the website, I found myself being taken to a casino website. At least we can also have a menu to look at before we would arrive to the restaurant.
We were in a very large people who attended for the Christmas Holidays.
The restaurant did not have a sign but it gets many people coming to the NDG area.
Kudos to once again the staff, food, & the service!
We went there for the Christmas party last Thursday. It was very fun. If I remember, it's a familial place. The food was good, & the ambiance was lovely.

Repas délicieux, accueil très doux, décor magnifique, atmosphère reposante, & playlist extrêmement belle, relaxante & classe.
J'ai essayé plein de restaurants perses, mais celui-ci offre les meilleures brochettes de viande & de poulet. Leur recette est unique. Je crois avoir reconnu une touche de beurre dans leurs marinades qui les rend uniques.

I'm honestly speechless - I was treated like royalty! The filet mignon was absolutely incredible, cooked to perfection & full of authentic flavor. The ambiance is warm, welcoming, & full of good vibes - it really feels like a family gathering. I couldn't be happier with my experience! Highly recommend!
A very warm & friendly restaurant, even if the service was a bit slow. The food felt home-cooked & the soup was really good, but unfortunately they were out of certain staple dishes when we came by (therefore impossible to give it 5 stars). The patio was especially beautiful.
I had a very decent meal in Quartier Perse. The service was well & the atmosphere was pleasant. As you order, a welcome bread & butter platter is served. Bread is not freshly baked but alright. For main course, I ordered lamb shank with bean rice. The quality & portion were great.
