samosa(66) indian(56) vegetarian(30) cash(24) price(24) sweet(23) dessert(15) authentic(14) aloo(14) tasty(13) parking(13) family(13)I've gone here many times over the years & it was always delicious but I don't know if it's because of covid but the quality's gone down the drain ever since. Personally I'm not one to write negative reviews but this place did not meet my expectations like the other years. I went there for 10 years but unfortunately I won't be a returning customer. Maybe if you change your quality/standards
Delicious authentic Indian food with sweets as well. Really liked it. Parking can be tough to locate.
The atmosphere was very welcoming & the kind gentleman serving & the one on the counter made the experience for me memorable. :) I read the negative reviews before going there, but found the place the exact opposite. The food was served piping hot with delicious condiments & although the Chai was not what I'm used to, it was fragrant & comforting. 4 samosas + Aloo Paratha + Chai for $10. What more could one want in this economy. Definitely worth a visit if you're a desi feeling homesick. ❤️
Very disappointing. We ordered naans (each costing $1.75) hoping that they would be freshly made like at any Indian restaurant. Turns out that they just heat up the naans that you get in a packet at any store & send it across. Such a bad experience when you have guests over & serve them the store brought stuff.
J'adore cet endroit, tellement convivial, simple & pas cher. Cuisine indienne maison typique & vraiment pas cher.
Bonne cuisine, pas chère & très savoureuse. Pour ceux qui aiment la cuisine épicée. Environnement agréable & très propre.
Where else can you find really good 2 pieces of Indian samosa with a tangy chutney that takes you back to Indian food street for $2 in Montreal? I will go there just to have their Samosa, very pocket friendly place but just be aware that it is a Cash only place. We also had Chhola Bhatura & Onion Kulcha, found the chhola bland but at the price point this is an amazing place & must try if you are craving Indian snack
Amazing food! Delicious & fresh The owner coming round to every table to check on guests experience was a nice touch of hospitality.
Old style. Not properly organized No parking The food is so so & a bit expensive
Authentic food & prices are unbelievably low. Good family run restaurant!
rapport qualité-prix imbattable, c'est mon endroit de préféré pour commander les jours où je me sens paresseuse
Pendant de longues années (entre 2001 & 2005, pour être précis), j'étais un client assidu de Pushap. J'y allais chaque semaine. Souvent, plus d'une fois. Puis, j'ai changé de boulot, d'environnement & j'ai cessé de fréquenter l'établissement. J'y suis retourné la semaine dernière... & je me suis régalé!
