They have the best samosas on the island imo. They only cost like 8$ for a dozen, totally great price. Everyone knows this place for their samosas. They also have sweets & you can sit at the restaurant & try some indian cuisine. Their food is also really good for the price you pay, which is very cheap for all the food you get. Totally worth eating here, their Thali's & everything is really good. Only downside is the resto size, they need to expand their restaurant, they barely have space for a semi big line. It is not good. Heads up only accept debit &/or cash but if you do on Uber Eats you can pay by credit card too.
The food is soo good homely cooked & so affordable environment is soo good
Vegetarian heaven! Value for money! You feel soooo full after the meal. & when they serve you & call you'Beta' (son or dear) feels like you are home.
Very good food & very kind service from the owner. We'll come back for sure
When it comes to vegetarian Indian pushap is the place to go to. I've been going to since it open , same owner same & 90s place with somewhat of an upgrade. But the food is alway good. One of the best places in Montreal to get samosas & sweets still.
A staple of montreal. been coming here for years! best samosa chat & chana bhatura ! sweets are also the best! highly recommend
Great food, big portions, solidary prices, you have to pay in cash or send an interac to the restaurant, highly recommended
I've been coming here for samosas for over a decade & that means something, you can get a dozen at a great price. I recommend going earlier because they run out. The restaurant also offers a variety of delicious dishes & sweets. The place is clean, the staff is friendly, but parking outside is limited.
Some of the best samosas I have ever had, great other options too, the employees are very kind & offer good service.
Awesome food . Also pocket friendly. They not compromise with quality.
Best vegan Indian food in Montreal. Have been coming there for years with my family every time we're in the city.
We can't say food is best in town but we can say that it's same like ghar ka khama very simple nothing extra
You can try rajma rice it's good
Food here is very light & simple
Just wow!! Family owned, & the owner is very nice. He's very helpful & accommodating for changing the combos.
We've had, Vegetable samosa, Aloo tiki, Paneer pokata, Eggplant pokora.
The aloo tiki has a special flavor, hits you with the species on the first bite & then more spices in the after taste but then you love it!
Best Indian food I've ever had! Tastes just like home cooking. The negative reviews are just people who don't know how authentic Indian food should taste. I used to come here as a young child & then returned here for the first time after a 20 years, & the taste is exactly the same! The dining room & bathrooms are a bit unclean but the food quality is excellent & consistent.
I randomly found this place, searching online for something quick to buy while I was waiting for a rideshare. I was not disappointed at all! The food was tasty, warm & priced well. I also like that it's only cash there. The person who serve me was also very pleasant & made me feel at home. I will definitely come back every time I visit Montreal & I've told all my friends. Come check it out & see you will not be disappointed :)
