This restaurant is so good. We were 3 & we took the family 2 formula & we had enough food. We got a fried yucca plate, a pupusa plate & a meat plate, all 3 were delicious. We also got the tamarin juice which was so good too, not too sweet.
The diner room is also nice & comfortable.
The last few times I went to Dona Maria, unfortunately the pupusas were really disappointing. The sauce was watery no taste, the coleslaw didn't have much flavor, & the pupusas were thin & lacked taste so was the sopa de res.
As a Latina who grew up eatingatin food, I know how flavorful & satisfying they can be, so it was honestly deceiving to receive something so different.
That said, the service was excellent 5 starts for them. The lady who serves us is always incredibly kind & welcoming. Sadly though, because of the food quality during my last visits, it will probably be the last time I go there. :(
Had the spinach, chicken & cheese, & pork, cheese & bean pupusas. They were pretty good, especially the pork one. Tres leches was nice.
The horchata didn't really taste like horchata & wasn't packed properly because a third of it spilled by the time it was handed to me by the delivery person.

One of our family's go-to restaurants. Our daughter would eat their pupusas everyday if we let her! Great food served by kind staff. I highly recommend!
Excellents pupusas, lieu propre, la dame au service souriante & sympathique mais j'aurais apprécié qu'elle soit plus attentive & qu'elle vienne vérifier si nous avions besoin de quelque chose. Il n'y avait que quelques clients. Mais j'y retournerai certainement
